The title suggests all you need are condensed milk and flour and then mix them for an amazing result. I wasn't expecting the other 10+ ingredients needed also. Slightly misleading title.
The thing I didn't like about making bread? Was the kneading and the bruises I would get from busting my arms on the counter because I wasn't tall enough

It's actually called sweetened condensed milk so yes it has sugar. You'd have to check the can for fat content.
