    I have definitely ignored the leg pulley, I barely use it! Thanks for this workout, it was definitely needed.

    Wow, awesome, never used the pulley . Will try this today for sure. I have to admit, 90% of the time i use my total gym for workouts, its quick and effective. I have it always set up, so just jump on it and workout. I can see great definition in my upper body, after just 6 month of regular use. Thanks for the videos :)))

    I have the Total Gym Fit and I'm learning something new every week. I'm on a weight loss program and so I'm down 29lbs. I now weigh 329lbs., is this ok for me to do and at what level should I be at, I jump back and forth Level 1 and 2. So whatever advice you can give me, that would be great 👍 😊

    Wow, my heels always come out of stirrups. And while u are working that one leg that is attached to pulley, where is the other pulley resting? Are u holding onto it w your hands? Thank you!!!

      Ha! I must have missed that u attach the pulley u r not using underneath the machine. But my feet still come out of stirrups so I let them go up around my ankles where they dig into me. Ouch!

      Wear thick socks and you should be fine! Pull the foot straps snuggly around foot to prevent slipping

    so I didn't hear you say one leg at a time and got halfway through using both pulleys until I was like, "what the..? how is she doing this?" I was all tangled up, trying to keep up. omg. THEN I looked at the video and figured it out. nice workout!

    What is the proper way to wear the foot harness? Do you place your heal in the stirrup or do you slide the front of your foot through the stirrup before wrapping it around your ankle? Thanks!

    HI! Rosalie! I'm 5'4 tall... and not sure if the TG Supreme slide board or whatever is wide and long enough for my height. What is your opinion? Thanks!

      At 5’4 you’d be comfortable on any total gym

    Thank you Rosalie! Two quick questions.... my TG XLS makes a lot of creaking noises when doing this workout. Is that normal? Do you have any alternate moves for the side sweeps? I think my legs are too long for those.

      Hi! Not sure why you TG is creaking..and you can do smaller range movements for that leg sweep (tap the floor and lift) or omit and start working the other leg.

    What exercises can be done when attaching to the loop inside the foot?

      Lie on back , with inner thigh facing up and pull down with loop attached on inside - pull with straight leg to activate glute muscle and outer thigh

      There is an attachment you can get and yes it’s worth it if you like doing the Pilates exercises

    Can the bench be in a locked position at the top to not slide during incline leg raises?

      It can be reused at bottom for no movement

    After 1:51-5:29. How are the effects different if you connect both feet to the rope pulley cable and only connect the cable to the tower? (I did the cycle today for 5 minutes and a 3 minute cool down with the cable connected only to the tower. Legs felt wobbly as they used to after 15-20 minutes on a regular exercise bike.)

      It’s much more challenging to have only 1 foot connected - more physiological body & brain work happening with using 1 leg at a time

      @@RosalieBrownFit Hi! I'm guessing you'd turn around and put the pulley on the other side for a full workout? I just bought the leg cable extension with an extra cuff but for now you just switch legs with the cable right? thanks!

    Why won't my total gym work for this ? Like every time I try it won't. It's the cord , the metal cord .

      This is the rope pulley system…not the metal cables…
