    레몬이 여러가지로 좋군요. 그래서 얼마간 레몬수를 만들어먹었는데, 식도염이 있다보니 레몬은 좋지 않더군요.

    원장님 저는 위염과 심장질환이 있는데, 레몬수를 조금씩 먹어보고 있습니다. 방법은 오전오후 공복에 레몬수 조금 마시고나서 프로폴리스꿀물 마시고 로얄제리 원액을 작은 티스푼 반 정도 먹고 있는데요. 간이나 신장이 좋아지는 느낌으로 컨디션이 좋아지는 것 같은데 약간 위가 아픈 느낌이 있는 것 같습니다.
    이럴때 오전오후 공복에 올리브오일 한 스푼을 먼저 먹고나서 레몬수,프로폴리스꿀물,로얄젤리를 먹는건 어떨까요?
    제가 현미채식 두 끼 식사에 저녁은 꿀물 금식한지가 3개월째인데, 과일을 먹을 일이 없어서 레몬수를 꼭 먹고 싶거든요. 원장님 도와주십시오.

      올리브유 드신 후 바로 물종류 드시는 건 추천하진 않아요
      너무 많은 것을 드시는 게 원인일 수 있으니 번갈아 드시거나 쉬었다가 드시는 것도 괜찮아요~
      오전공복에 레몬수 드시고
      오후에 프로폴리스와 로열젤리 드시는 방법도 괜찮고요
      꿀물이나 로열젤리는 저년식사 대용으로 드셔도 괜찮아요~~
      레몬수는 아주 연하게 해서 드시고요~
