My Season Is Summer - Interview Update, Celebrating Summer Solstice and KD For Breakfast

Hello Friend!
Summer is here and I am so ready for it!
Let's blow up the floaties, soak in a sound bath and take in everything that summer has to offer.
Summer has always been my favourite season. Mainly because that is sailing season in Ontario. Summer is bringing on a whole new meaning this year as Matt and I settle into our Log Home in rural Nova Scotia. It now means lighthouses, swims in our lake, walks along the Ocean, Lobster, Friends and weather that is unpredictable. I am loving this time here in this place. I think Matt is getting sick of me saying "I Love It Here" as I stare out the window on a drive to anywhere. I feel like I can breath. I have time to rediscover myself, time to make friends, time to read and take care of myself. I am so happy to be here. Just last night on a walk I was telling Matt how cool it is to wake up and see the lake and smell it, then I walk down our road and smell the pine trees and hear woodpeckers doing their thing and then on the drive to town I can see hear and smell the Ocean! All of this can happen within an hour. Like how crazy is that. No one wonder people are so happy here!!! When you drive down the high way you don't see skyscrapers or get stuck in traffic. Here you see tress and usually aren't in a rush to get anywhere and often times you may be the only car on the road! There is a strong sense of community here, fences aren't really a thing here unless they are ornate and still welcoming! I could talk endlessly about everything that I love here and one day I will tell you the things I wished I knew before moving to Nova Scotia from Ontario and living in a log cabin. Cause not all of it is magical!
I want to thank you all for your support and kind works. Your positive vibes helped me to get my first job in our small town!!!

The sound bath was very cool. If you haven't been, you should give it a try. It is very relaxing. I think I'll benefit more from the next one, being that I'll know what to expect and be able to relax a lil more!
