    A different version IS NOT a repeat. Yes, using the same muscles but in a different way. This was Bodyweight Burn and so much cardio. The new moves were awesome, This is a keeper for sure. Went by so fast. Thanks for keeping ,e on my toes, Amy

    This is the perfect workout for an energy boost and a little sweat! I love that we change up the exercise with another variant. We're working those same muscles extra hard but it feels like a new move. I love love love this. I appreciate all the mobility! It really helps me through my days. Thanks Amy!

    We’re driving across the States and this workout was perfect for the hotel room space at night and for providing the stretch and mobility (as well as heart rate and strength!) my body needed. You’re simply the best!!❤

    Once again, this was the perfect workout for me today! I wonder if you were a mind reader lol! Anyhow, I really like the longer cool down and stretch at the end. I know some people probably turn it off, but it’s something that I need and really enjoy thank you.

    This one is really great! I always get a little confused when you add in the mobility (like the tri push ups and extended leg) but I pushed through.
    I feel amazing after this workout!

    I have been doing your workouts consistently for about 6 months-- every one I say " I would do that one again"
