Start with 30 seconds of bodyweight cardio, then follow with 45 seconds of back-to-basics strength, and finish the circuit with a full minute of sweat and sculpting! It’s over before you know it!
OMG! This was sooo CHALLENGING ! Especially when we add the Two moves together. My legs ,arms and core are feeling the sculpt and the 🔥🔥🔥. Another AMAZING workout. Thank-u Amy!😅😊

Thank you Amy! I’m currently on a little vacation and didn’t bring any equipment, but working out felt like the right move for my morning and of course you came through with a quick but vigorous body weight workout. You don’t know it but you’ve been my personal trainer for years!! Thank you again ❤
When we were doing the arm pulls and presses at the beginning, I thought this workout wasn’t going to be that challenging. Well, I was definitely wrong! The sweat was pouring off me - so much that I need to remember to wear contacts next time, so the sweat doesn’t pool in my glasses again!! 😂

Bodyweight workout does not equal easy! I wasn’t ready for that one-it kicked my butt (really, it kicked my hamstrings, lol!!!)
