    Well done! Your headstand is most likely wobbly because your elbows are so far apart - try grabbing them with your hands first to align them with your shoulders before crossing your fingers and going up. Poses are one thing but there is a much deeper psychological layer to yoga with many poses linking to specific themes, like the headstand (and deep backbends) being very uncomfortable or hard for people who are not used to *not* being in control of what’s happening. You might want to check out ashtanga yoga, I think you might like it. Kino MacGregor has some fantastic and well-instructed ashtanga yoga content on TH-cam for example.

    I think maybe the sleeping pose would be a little bit easier if after you get the ankles behind your head, you release one arm at a time iykwim

      Hey dancer here I would suggest not doing that it takes alot of training a strength building for that.if u wanna teach urself buy some ballet flats or practice in socks and use beginners vids on TH-cam and keep practicing everyday to make good technique and then eventually do proper lessons with a teacher to do pointe x

      That's a really bad idea. Without proper training, you won't have the strength necessary and could really hurt yourself. Please don't do this

      You should NOT do that you need YEARS of ballet practice!, you can’t just skip ballet flat classes and go straight to point you can seriously hurt yourself even if you watch yt vids, you need a point teacher in person!, you should get ballet flats and watch yt vids and practice for as long as you need too then choreograph a dance or fellow on yt then show your mom and prove to her that you have a passion for ballet and want too pursue your dreams!. 😊 just my suggestion do
