I absolutely loved this! Yoga is for everybody and every body. I got certified to teach yoga in 2017, but I thought I was too fat to be a yoga teacher and nobody would want to take my classes. This year, the manager of the studio where I practice found out I'm certified, yelped "how did I not know about this?!" and offered me a job. This shoots straight to the heart of yoga--we don't do yoga to transform our bodies, we do yoga to transform our souls! Bravo Corinne! I would like to have your dedication!!!
Transform our souls... I love that 🥰 And trust me, before doing this, I believe I had no discipline, and no dedication! Sometimes, it takes doing it to believing it... 🥰
I’m on day 45 and I’m intending to do yoga every day for as long as I can even if it’s only for 5 mins. This video caught my eye so thank you, it’s truly inspirational ❤️
Tomorrow I will finish my 30 day yoga with Adriene. I want to continue my journey and 31st of December 2021 finish my 365 days. You're a inspiration to me. Thank You!
First of all - congratulations! ⭐️ I have to tell you, that this is the best video on „365 days of yoga” I have ever seen. And everything you said is so true. I am glad it gave you confidence you’ve been looking for.
@@CorinneDutil I agree! I am in the first 30 days of my own 365 day challenge and I know your video will keep me going during the hard times. As we roll into 2021 still in the struggle of this terrible pandemic, I need something to hold on to (to quote you). Thanks so much!
Our culture is growing everywhere except in India, it's the truth now yoga, meditation and vegan all billion dollar business in West and in brit but in India it's got affiliated with politics, it's sad that all these practice were dedicated to Lord shiva but now it supposed to be secular Indian practise and not an devotion to God!!
How interesting to be able to take part in such a conversation! I see things here in West that truly can't seem right to my heart, such as tantra "sessions" (paid massage for genitals) being called therapy, and people doing them therapists. I'm sure that's not what tantra is supposed to be! There's much to be fixed in this spread of culture.
@@user_suwjhwhqjakoaoq Well them doing Yoga doesn't mean that you can't devote to god. No one is holding you back and since when is yoga and meditation a billion dollar business lol even vegan?
@Shubhashri searched Black Swan Yoga by Onnit and found this. A lot of women use Yoga and yoga pants for sexual attention. This isn't yoga this is prostitution. Don't denigrate religious practices for financial gain. It's sad that so much of Indian culture is retained by vultures. Yet they hate our natural dark skin. Indians need to be less commercialized and more united.
I've done yoga on and off for years, and coming back to it recently has been so beautiful. It has honestly made me love my body and myself more than any weight loss, or anything else ever has. Much love to everyone who is on a journey like this
Yoga helped me heal from a decade of eating disorders. Blessed and recovered 🙏🏻🌸 Loving my body and have been showing up every day in the mat for five years now :) Love and light to you Mercy 🙏🏻✨
This Is the best most realistic video of 365 days of yoga. Did my own journey and was feeling bumped watching the amazing yoga poses people would achieve in those "365 days of yoga vidéos". But as you mention it so beautifully, the most important thing in such a journey is how you feel about yourself and the achievement of simply showing up every day to do somethig you love (and loves you back). Congrats on your journey!!
@@zinkadu You can change the speed when you watch it by clicking the icon in the corner of the video that looks like a gear. I watched it first in regular speed then slowed it down to 25%. Some of those poses are AMAZING!
This is so inspiring. But also so honest and humbling. Thank you for this. You didn't show before/after pictures, you didn't focus how much weight you may have lost. I appreciate that. If anything, your video makes me wanna practice more, everyday. Thank you ❤️
I had such a similar experience. I didn't do yoga with Adrienne every single day for 365 days but I've been doing YWA almost every day for the past 16 months and it absolutely transformed my relationship with my body and my soul.
Me to.. for nearly 3 years ago I started yoga every day with YWA. It’s keeping my body strong and my mind lighter. I just love it and will do it for the rest of my life ❤️ Thank you for the beautiful video 🙏
If at any point you feel like you want to get a few step forward. I would highly advice you to do monthly and weekly challenges of Alo Yoga TH-cam channel. They changed my life. They changed me.
Girl, you don't know how much I needed this. Thank you for starting your healing journey and in turn inspiring so many of us to do the same. Thank you for everything! I needed just this to return to something that makes me happy and in the few times i have practised yoga, I have felt nothing but a little more ease, happiness and satisfaction.
I believe the most important principles are: - do something because it's the right thing to do ( not because you expect to be rewarded). - and you can acquire good habits just like you can acquire bad ones (and then you would feel deprived if you gave them up.)- Congratulations! Keep going!🤗
There’s so much positivity in this video. I’m a yoga teacher, and I haven’t done anything like this. In fact, the pandemic has affected my practice. Your journey is very inspiring, and I’m thinking of creating a similar experience like yours! Thank you for sharing. ❤️
Honey, thank you so much for your message. The pandemic has affected basically everything else in my life - I think because I started yoga in the midst of it, it became an anchor through it, but all my other good habits kind of took the plunge because of stress... We have to be kind to ourselves. I hope you create something you love 🤗❤️
Thank you Liv, so glad you liked it :) Looking back at the video, it made me realized that even though it was a though year, I found beautiful spaces, and that makes me happy! :)
Hardest thing to do is to show up every single day. That’s a huge accomplishment!! This just popped up on my feed and I needed this to inspire me today. You touch people’s hearts with this video! THANK YOU 🙏 You can do anything ❤
So inspiring. Since the lockdowns started last spring, I’ve been coming to the mat every day. I can’t tell you how much better I feel for doing it. I’m always happy to hear stories of others who have discovered the healing power of yoga. Thank you for sharing this!
I did a 365 day meditation challenge and reeeeally didn’t think I’d get to that number in the first week. Then I thought, ok, let’s just do today. One day at a time is the best advice ever!! It’s so true, it helped you here and it helped me compete and over-achieve my challenge too (I think I did 380 days or so) and the feeling when you stick with something for a whole year is so rewarding. So I hope your video inspires so many more people like it already did. Congrats!
I've been doing yoga for a few months but never regularly. However this month, I decided to put all my efforts to do it every single day and it's been almost 2 weeks since i've been doing it twice a day, in the morning and at the beginning of the night and it's been amazing, I've felt the results already, I'm stronger, more balanced, my flexibity is just getting better day by day. It's something I look foward to when I wake up because its when I can breath, forget everything and just be there with a peaceful mind. When I'm too tired, I try to do easy and relaxing postures or when I'm too busy, I try doing it for 10 minutes, just so I can say: "okay, i did it today!" I was feeling just like you, I needed to feel like I could accomplish anything I put my mind into it, cause my life has been always setting goals and never really getting there.. so thank you for this, it has inspired me to keep going! 💪🏼🌼
I just finished up a month of yoga everyday, and yes sometimes even just 10 minutes. And do you know what the most remarkable side effect was for me? I didn't have any "down days", you know the days when it's just hard to get through the day? When staying in bed seems like a better option? I didn't experience any! Not one!!
I admire you! Yes. "Believe in yourself"! That has ALWAYS been my mantra. Yoga is the BEST thing in my life. I have practiced yoga since childhood. It is definitely my every day salvation!
Omg that’s the most beautiful video about doing yoga for an year! Thank you for share this with us! At the end of 2020 I decided to do yoga everyday in 2021, and watching your video was a really good inspiration to see that I choose the right thing! Thank you!
Very inspiring, I am revisiting yoga after many years and still have those days when I think I am not good enough or I will never improve. I am doing it to support myself through menopause and you have reminded me to just show up on the mat and take one day at a time. Thank you 😊
Love this! I think setting weight loss goals is such a slippery slope because it’s really challenging to love your body and want to love weight plus when it’s not happening you beat yourself up and it’s a viscous cycle. Setting yourself up to do something every day is in our control. It’s up to us whether we do it. Sometime we can’t control our bodies. I just started my 30 day challenge and the most rewarding thing to me is when I SHOW UP FOR MYSELF 🙏🏻🥰❤️ THANK YOU!!
Oh my goodness! Yay, you! That is so great. Yes, two things: 1. the importance of showing up; and 2. "at the far end of discipline is freedom." What you have done applies to all of us in most aspects of our life -- showing up. Thanks immensely.
It's interesting that the focus here is on setting and achieving challenging but positive goals, rather than how a year of yoga changed your mind and body. Maybe that is another video?
i am almost at my one year mark of daily yoga practice, and i am identify so much with your journey. i am so proud of you and happy you've found the joys of this practice!

I started a regular yoga practice 10 years ago when I was living in the Caribbean and did it daily at sunset (when it was cool enough to be outside). Upon my return to my home country, I continued it daily for several months so all in all, I did it daily for almost a year then major life changes occurred - divorce, move across the country, looking for work, starting a new job, daily struggles - and I fell off the wagon. Having trouble getting motivated to do it again even though it really helped increase my strength and flexibility, lowered my stress and kept me calm in daily life.
This is super inspiring, I have difficulty sticking to goals and you demonstrated that in any weather, any space, any mind-frame, you just have to do it, whatever 'it' is. No excuses, the shots in the winter coat are everything!
This is truly inspiring. Sometimes we just need something to inspire us, and this is what you did by sharing your experience and encouraging words. Thank you for sharing.
I've bee doing yoga daily for over a month now. I've not lost any weight, but i am definitely fitter, stronger and leaner. Thanks for posting this video, cos we all have our off days and need some positive vibes to continue the journey:)

Corinne, I accidentally came across this during my yoga journey. After a few weeks, I just realized to DO it and ended up realizing its truly about connecting with yourself. Its such a beautiful feeling. You're such a beautiful person, thank you for sharing this.
@@CorinneDutil what you've done is incredible! Great progress! I can see your muscles getting stronger, your postures getting more advanced. I wish I had your stamina to do yoga every dayL My yoga studio did zoom classes, so we just did them couple of times a week at home with my partner and sometime kids. But I took the mandatory stay at home time a bit further, changed my diet, cut out ALL carbs for several weeks (I do eat a few now), lots of fresh veggies and fatty fish, but that helped me lose 12 kilos and even doing yoga postures that I have been doing for years felt much better without the extra weight. Going for walks definitely feels much better too. And I don't feel hungry anymore!
Yoga is for everyBODY! I started to do yoga every morning in december. I love doing it now and I really miss it if I didn’t come around to it (I injured my neck and couldn’t do it for a week) but as soon as I could I went back and look forward to it every day. Sometimes I do yoga stretches twice a day 😄 🧘♂️

Your video just popped up on my TH-cam home, which was very interesting timing. Today was my first day of a 30 day yoga challenge for myself. My montra for the day was, "I am here". Which was going to be the same every day. I wasn't sure I would be able to do it, but after watching your video it has inspired me to just take it one day at a time. Thank you 💕

Congratulations! I hope you've kept going! (I'm on my own "every day yoga" journey, and I'm on day 516, and it's been so therapeutic and helpful. I hope you're finding the same with yours!)
How Julie Golick it's possible for girls during periods? Can u tell me what asanas to do & to avoid during periods so that I can also follow a healthy lifestyle..
@@sushmithasaran3950 You can do pretty much any yoga move on your period that you'd do the rest of the time -- there's nothing that's off-limits just because you're on your period. That said, if you feel tired or in pain, it might be nicer to do routines that are gentler or more focused on stretching, rather than strength. In fact, doing gentle exercise tends to help with period pain, I've found.
This is such an inspiration! I like how you let is know that yoga IS for everyone. I have dabbled with yoga on a few occasions and have struggled to keep it going. I do a lot of big hikes and tend to push myself too far and injure myself. I then feel worse about myself and frustrated and stop my routines. It's a cycle I would like to break. I'm going to set aside set time each day for yoga and see what happens. I'm hoping it keeps me more flexible and stronger to allow me to keep hiking without such regular injury.
I have been "doing yoga with Adrienne" for years now. Initially two days a week, now I average 5 to 6 sessions a week. It has become a habit and gives structure to my day. I have gradually lost weight, but the main gain was in gratitude for a healthy body, the ability to use my limbs and astonishment at my body's strength. Do I look as lovely and elegant as Adrienne - not in a thousand years; do I FEEL good and happy - you bet!
I got teary-eyed by the end of the video! I've also committed to daily practice this year and let me tell you, this video was the confirmation I needed ❤ Also, I wanna borrow your whole yogi wardrobe girl!!!!

I've just started my 365 day journey using 'yoga with Adrienne' as my virtual yoga studio. You're an inspiration, thank you
Aaaa that makes me so happy! I hopê you love it as much as I did :)
How's it going?😊😊
Congratulations- I will be finishing one year of daily yoga in early march using yoga with Adriene TH-cam channel. You got this.
My 26th day. I hope I will finish it this year. Last year I fell sick and fell off practice
@@keertigarg248 wow! ⭐️
I wonder if she used a program?
Its not a bad thing to want to see weight correction and increased physical health as a goal as well
I’m on day 45 and I’m intending to do yoga every day for as long as I can even if it’s only for 5 mins. This video caught my eye so thank you, it’s truly inspirational ❤️
Thank you lisa 💗
Yessss I’m inspired too
Did you make it? How many days did you do???
Tomorrow I will finish my 30 day yoga with Adriene. I want to continue my journey and 31st of December 2021 finish my 365 days. You're a inspiration to me. Thank You!
Amazing! I wish you an amazing 365 days 🙏🏻☺️
I love Yoga with Adriene. I just finished 30 days of Breath
So we were practicing together 🙏🏻🇵🇱🌎☀️
First of all - congratulations! ⭐️ I have to tell you, that this is the best video on „365 days of yoga” I have ever seen. And everything you said is so true. I am glad it gave you confidence you’ve been looking for.
Thank you so much ❤️
@@CorinneDutil I agree! I am in the first 30 days of my own 365 day challenge and I know your video will keep me going during the hard times. As we roll into 2021 still in the struggle of this terrible pandemic, I need something to hold on to (to quote you). Thanks so much!
@@michelejackson7052 This warms my heart 🙏🏽🙏🏽
I am so proud to be an Indian watching our culture growing everywhere and helping so many people. Best wishes to you✨✨
Our culture is growing everywhere except in India, it's the truth now yoga, meditation and vegan all billion dollar business in West and in brit but in India it's got affiliated with politics, it's sad that all these practice were dedicated to Lord shiva but now it supposed to be secular Indian practise and not an devotion to God!!
@@alice.tawany Fixing is a really strong word. Since by that you imply that there is something "broken". Even tho it's just different
Much love to everyone who is on a journey like this
Gorgeous message, thank you 🙏🏻❤️
Yoga helped me heal from a decade of eating disorders. Blessed and recovered 🙏🏻🌸 Loving my body and have been showing up every day in the mat for five years now :)
Love and light to you Mercy 🙏🏻✨
This Is the best most realistic video of 365 days of yoga. Did my own journey and was feeling bumped watching the amazing yoga poses people would achieve in those "365 days of yoga vidéos". But as you mention it so beautifully, the most important thing in such a journey is how you feel about yourself and the achievement of simply showing up every day to do somethig you love (and loves you back).
Congrats on your journey!!
Thank you :)
But you can hardly see what she's doing, it's so fast
@@zinkadu You can change the speed when you watch it by clicking the icon in the corner of the video that looks like a gear. I watched it first in regular speed then slowed it down to 25%. Some of those poses are AMAZING!
My biggest takeaway from this video is the consistency and discipline. Something that I lack in my life. I’m so challenged to try this. Thank you ❤️
Thank you for watching Kwetse ❤️
This is so inspiring. But also so honest and humbling. Thank you for this. You didn't show before/after pictures, you didn't focus how much weight you may have lost. I appreciate that. If anything, your video makes me wanna practice more, everyday. Thank you ❤️
Thank you for watching 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️
exactly what I thought!
I had such a similar experience. I didn't do yoga with Adrienne every single day for 365 days but I've been doing YWA almost every day for the past 16 months and it absolutely transformed my relationship with my body and my soul.
That's amazing Tal! So happy to read this xox
Me to.. for nearly 3 years ago I started yoga every day with YWA.
Thank you so much Niharika 💕
Same here 🤍🤍🤍
I believe the most important principles are: - do something because it's the right thing to do ( not because you expect to be rewarded). - and you can acquire good habits just like you can acquire bad ones (and then you would feel deprived if you gave them up.)- Congratulations! Keep going!🤗
That's perfectly put Ursula! Thank you 🙏🏻
There’s so much positivity in this video.
I'm so happy as a Hindu to see so many people love yoga :)
This really made me smile. Yoga is special and so is your journey. I loved watching your scenery change, some beautiful spaces 😍
Thank you Liv, so glad you liked it :) Looking back at the video, it made me realized that even though it was a though year, I found beautiful spaces, and that makes me happy! :)
I pressed “like” but just know in this case it means “love”. I love this video 😍
You're so sweet! Thank you 💕
The fact that her posture gets better and her vibes gets more clamming by time makes me wanna do this Challenge Too
I also noticed her getting toned, stronger and amazing balance and flexibility, while her vibe got calmer. Very inspiring.
I'm 5 months into my journey doing yoga every day and it's already made such a huge difference in my life
Go girl! You don't need to be thin to do Yoga, you don't need to be thin to be beautiful. You are beautiful, you rock your world!
amazing comment dude.... luv luv spread luv 💕💕
Hardest thing to do is to show up every single day. That’s a huge accomplishment!! This just popped up on my feed and I needed this to inspire me today. You touch people’s hearts with this video! THANK YOU 🙏
You can do anything ❤
Thank you Emma ❤
So inspiring. Since the lockdowns started last spring, I’ve been coming to the mat every day. I can’t tell you how much better I feel for doing it. I’m always happy to hear stories of others who have discovered the healing power of yoga. Thank you for sharing this!
Thank you Rolando 🤩
I started doing yoga everyday 2 weeks ago. Drastically changed my mental state daily! Thanks for the beautiful video💕 So inspiring!
I love your honesty, your sincerity, and how you just speak the simple truth. .Thank you so much for sharing your true self! Truly inspiring ! ❤
Congrats!
Thank you, and congrats to you as well :)
Thank you so much for sharing Isabela 🌹
I just finished up a month of yoga everyday, and yes sometimes even just 10 minutes. And do you know what the most remarkable side effect was for me? I didn't have any "down days", you know the days when it's just hard to get through the day? When staying in bed seems like a better option? I didn't experience any! Not one!!
this is one of the sweetest, most wholesome motivational video i have ever watched. Thank you and keep going!
I admire you! Yes. "Believe in yourself"! That has ALWAYS been my mantra. Yoga is the BEST thing in my life. I have practiced yoga since childhood. It is definitely my every day salvation!
yes 🤩🙏🏻
Omg that’s the most beautiful video about doing yoga for an year! Thank you for share this with us! At the end of 2020 I decided to do yoga everyday in 2021, and watching your video was a really good inspiration to see that I choose the right thing! Thank you!
Thank you so much Maria :)
Yup me, too!
Thank you so much Mary! Your message really resonates with me, it's exactly what I wanted people to feel when they saw the video ❤️
Really inspiring! Love when you mentioned the only limitations we have are the limitations we place on ourselves. What a wholesome journey!
wow, i’m teary-eyed while writing this because of the line “if 365 days is too much, you can just believe every day. one day at a time.” thank you
Oh my goodness! Yay, you! That is so great. Yes, two things: 1. the importance of showing up; and 2. "at the far end of discipline is freedom."
What you have done applies to all of us in most aspects of our life -- showing up. Thanks immensely.
Thank you so much Gary!
It's interesting that the focus here is on setting and achieving challenging but positive goals, rather than how a year of yoga changed your mind and body. Maybe that is another video?
Beautiful!! It brought tears to my eyes! Thank you for sharing your journey! Namaste.
This popped up in my recommended as I looked for a short yoga flow to do and now I’m teary thank u for sharing 🥺🥺🥲

Thank you 🙂🙂🙂
" we limit ourselves because we don't believe in ourselves. " good moral reminder! you are lucky you have all those beautiful spaces to practice in.
This is so inspiring I started yoga 2 months back and I'm sure I'll continue doing yoga for my whole life after watching your video

Thank you ☺️☺️☺️
Belief/faith in something is 100% one of the most important aspects of yoga that most people miss out on.
Glad you held onto it.
I've bee doing yoga daily for over a month now. I've not lost any weight, but i am definitely fitter, stronger and leaner. Thanks for posting this video, cos we all have our off days and need some positive vibes to continue the journey:)
I am glad you liked it ☺️ Thank you ❤️
So inspired! This video poped-up in my recommendation feed just when I started with the same goal, do yoga every day. Thank you, you made me not stop and keep going.
That makes me so happy! Thank you for writing this message 😍

Thank you Samantha :) I had to drive to places because I was going inside inside the 4 walls of my appartment. Thank god I got to move!

@@CorinneDutil when you say everyday, are there some days, you just do the easy stuff? How long did you spend on it? I did some hard stuff yesterday and boy, can I feel it! It was about 45 mins. Well done.
@@heartofartichoke4340 Absolutely!!! Some days, I was so overwhelmed with life, the pandemic, work, all I had the strength for was 15 minutes of yin! To me, it wasn't about working out. It was about making space to be present, to be there and caring for myself. But some others days, oh boy, I did the hard stuff too haha!

Thank you babe for the motivation. I am almost 60 days into yoga (with Adrienne) just to prove myself that can stick to something and not quit.
What really amazed me seeing the timelaps is, that how amazing you look doing yoga after maybe 3 months in. At the beginning I know we all can feel our wanky downward dog or warrior pose but it’s a good reminder to see, it gets better. You look so powerful and graceful at the end of you journey. I hope I’ll achieve that too. Lots of love ❤️
Thank you! You are absolutely right, it does get better.. I am sure you will achieve that as well - remember, true strength, grace and power comes from within, and you are well on your way, if not already there! Sending lots of love!

Absolutely Ella 💖 You haven't failed your goal at all - the goal is to show up for yourself, to care for yourself, everyday. And if in these days where you "skipped yoga", that's what you needed, then I'd say that's perfect. One day at a time!
No you haven't. Just keep going. You got this.
Thank you 💕
Kudos to you - we will never know what we are capable of, until we step out of our comfort zone. Believe that you can, and you will. All you have to do is start. Yoga is very nourishing for your body, mind and spirit. By the way, I am 74 years old, and have practiced yoga everyday since my early 20’s. Continue your yoga practice. May your blessing be many.
This is amazing. I'm feeling inspired to do the same. Presently doing 30 days with Adriene 'breath' and now want to continue the whole year through. Much more positive doing yoga then trying to lose weight. Well done.

@@juliegolick That's nice to hear. Thank you for your fast reply.
Thank you for sharing 💚✨
I’m going to start with it today. Hoping I can do it. Congrats and happy new year.
I am sure you can! One day at a time :) Happy new year to you as well!
You can do it if you think you can. If you think you can't, that's also true. I know you can do it though.....
Thank you, this is lovely. Just what I needed to see. Currently loving Yoga with Adriene and wanting to do it every day for the rest of my life.

Me too…she’s fabulous
I have been "doing yoga with Adrienne" for years now. Initially two days a week, now I average 5 to 6 sessions a week. It has become a habit and gives structure to my day. I have gradually lost weight, but the main gain was in gratitude for a healthy body, the ability to use my limbs and astonishment at my body's strength. Do I look as lovely and elegant as Adrienne - not in a thousand years; do I FEEL good and happy - you bet!
I'm literally crying, this video is amazing

hahaha! I spent WAY TOO MUCH on my yogi wardrobe!!!!!! Don't make the same mistake - now that I don't film, I do it in my underwear hahaha
I am just seeing this and as an intermittent yoga practitioner this gives me so much hope. Congratulations on your journey, you rock! I am saving this videos for all those days of self doubt that make me believe I am not enough as a reminder to believe in myself one day at a time.
