One thing: Set the debate payment for 3 days after you get paid cause sometimes you don't get paid when you are supposed to and it comes the next day or god forbid it's on a Friday so they only pay on the Next Monday (I've seen it happen). Have some self control to not spend the money in 3 days but this will avoid the situation where you might go -10k balance cause your work didn't pay you.

Thank you so so much. I am in the middle of moving to kasi (which isn't secured and nice plus no furniture) and staying where I am (a bit more expensive but furnished and i am only doing an internship for only 8 months) so i am deciding to stick to furnished.

Very informative video, however I think I would add my 2 cents on the electricity part, R50 cannot sustain one person, that's just putting the geyser on and that chows more or less than R50, In jhb there are a lot of apartments with solar power or geysers, so that's probably why you didn't feel the pinch as yet.

I've just moved to CPT and I'm struggling to find an apartment to rent.These places are so expensive and my salary isn't that much either
The best thing is to find a flatmate which is what I did anyways but when finding one you guys should come to a consensus cos it’s not easy but we gotta do what we gotta do 💯 am sure you got one already
