I honestly love when it starts, this low and smooth rumble when it revs up a bit when starting the engine is lovely. Although I agree on a lot of people, for what it is, it's expensive. Similar cars are way cheaper.

Looks good, sounds ok but 250k+ for a 3.0 v6? Very expensive and weak performance, you can buy an r8 at 150k that will sound waaayy better and will smoke this under any circumstance.
This car is faster if compared to the r8. Plus it has real air vents instead of fake horrible looking vents. The new normal supercars will all have smaller engine like the new 296 or the artura, at least this car is not hybrid. It has over 700 nm of torque and 620 cv, more than enough, the problem is that people only look at the number of cv and not at the car as an own entity, that’s why hypercar or extremely rare custom made cars like t50, t33, utopia, are going back to the origins, manual, light no screens and big engine, cars with a soul and funny to drive and at the same time useful. The price range is right it’s not that the direct competition has lower price.
yah as someone who has owned both cars, the mc20 is faster with better handling. (It actually sounds a bit more quiet in the cockpit than in the videos so fixing that with some after market exhaust).... The R8 definitely sounded better and was a bit more comfortable/easy to drive... so I actually think the mc20 is kind of a bargain at 250K as it gives you 9/10 the performance of an f8 (which ive also had the pleasure of driving a few times) for a 75K discount and better looks.
Name them, I will do it for you porsche 992 gt3 which is definetly not an alternative because they are two different concept, the artura that’s uglier and hybrid the 296 that has a starting price 100k higher and lamborghini huracan which is way more aggressive and takes a different market. This car is sold out for years already.
