Love mushrooms in any sauce, yes if cooked properly they can taste better than some meat. Mushroom and chicken in a mushroom sauce is one of my favourite meals.

I sided this with lobster mac and cheese. Local Spiny lobster. Mushrooms were still the winner. What is the music? It is so perfect to accompany your cooking. I think I might like to play that tune, if I only knew what it was. Thank you!!
