▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:

1-1.2 kg of pork
salt, black pepper, paprika
do the same on the other side
Place the meat on a baking sheet
2 onions
Fry the onion in vegetable oil for a few minutes
1 large carrot
fry for a few more minutes
200 grams of mushrooms
Fry the mushrooms for 3-4 minutes
salt, pepper to taste
Place the fried vegetables on the meat
Bake for 40 minutes at 180-190°C
~ 6 potatoes

Boil potatoes until soft
~ 200g Suluguni
Bake for another 15-20 minutes at 220°C
Drain water from potatoes
Add butter and warm milk
make mashed potatoes

@@turistka2000 А обычно не ставят мясо в духовку с сыром. Сыр задубенеет до корки, обгорит, а мясо надо будет доводить до готовности.
