this video is a surprising synchronicity for me as i have been hearing this very strange vibrating low frequency sound for the past week here in france, which is quite annoying to be honest. I can hear it all the time in my house but also outside, quite weird Apparently there is this sound called "the hum" which has been heard worlwide for decades and scientists don't know where it comes from. i guess i'll have to deepen my buddhist practice to get over it.🙏 thank you bhante for the help you give.

I am actually working on those skhandas right now. So for body as form, I think blood flow as meditating object. Then for breath, I am trying to make the throat very quiet. The issue with using sight, eyes float and drift during states of deep relaxation. So I an currently trying my luck with nose, throat and lungs, but mainly throat because I want my throat to stop moving when I coach myself through almost falling asleep. Chitta of course is these wierd phenomenon that comes, that inform my view. How strange? Very strange.
I see my body with my eyes closed. Okay but there must be some light. Remove all light and wear blindfold, still see it. Okay, I know the position, so I see the body. I start seeing the room. Okay, but my expectations is mapping my room. Buss trip in April, fall into meditate state between awake snd asleep, see terrain outside window. Wake up, it must be delusion, turn around and look to make sure. Samadhi plus view equals: Something sees that is not the eyes

The Pandora's box is actually the big bang when it happened because of that all energy interactions started and we are here with all evolutionary species and human problems after all all Buddha taught is to interact with energy and subdue the reactions and move in to zero or sunyata the state before the bigbang

That is not what the Buddha taught.

I used to live on a ground floor apartment and I had a whole family of 5 that lived above me: I literally got to the point where I could no longer hear the noise and when I had guests over they were like, 'You can't hear that??' lol

Mindfulness of the chitta, mindfulness of feelings, mindfulness of the body. What is it that is mindful of the chitta if you are taking a position of watching "the pretty lights on the ground, from the airplane?". That is to say, what is it that becomes separated from the chitta to allow a position of mindfulness of it? Thank you 🙏📿

Come on Bhante u have got to see the humouros side of this!! When u were explaining about how u responded to the poor guy who gave u the fruit - obviously he was thinking :- this so called monk is just trying to wriggle and wrangle his way out of explaining to me about the 5 Candas because he can not be bothered- No wonder He didn't show up at your place. Sorry Bhante but I have not laughed as much in many weeks!!!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
