I think you mean "Spray for 5 seconds and then wait until the engine runs smooth and repeat the 5 second spray intervals making sure the engine runs smooth before each spray'
No just spray the whole can while holding throttle at around 3k-4K rpms then when it runs out, let it sit for 10 minutes then drive it for more than 10 minutes, done

Update: a spray szinte szart sem vitt le a koromból! Kiszedtem nagy nehezen és kézzel pucoltuk ki!! Aztán a tengelyt wd 40 el befújtuk az (elektonika oldalán)és tök szépen mozog, most januárban megyek kiíratni az EGR-t!
Elvileg a hengerben elégett tisztító oxidáló gázként leoxidálja a kormot..... nagyjából azon az elven, ahogy a kéménytisztító hasáb füstje oxidálja le a kátrányos lerakódásokat a kémények belsejében. Kéménynél működik, autónál nem tudom.

Szerintem jobb kiszerelni az EGR szelepet és kézzel megtisztítani... Most vettem egy ilyen sprayt, majd kiderül, hogy használ-e :)
