    Could you please explain the working of relief valve on the hydrophore tank?

    • @searainly
      @searainly  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Relief valve which releases the excess pressure from hydrophore tank (Air pressure which feed from Auxiliary Air compressors 6-6.5.bar Depending on the capacity of hydrophore tank or based on recommendation of manufacturers book.) And the amount of valve opening is directly proportional to the increase in excess pressure. inside the hydrophore tank and thus excess pressure release and bring back to the operating pressure.ie (say 6-6.5bar)

    1 sir when we do charging
    2 when to open or close the air vent

    • @searainly
      @searainly  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      1. Whenever the air pressure falls below the set pressure (2.5 -3.5 bar depending on manufacturers instructions book) it will start the pump and wait a while untill the water reaches about 70% of its full capacity..
      2 ans) OPEN the VENT first.
      After that start the pump (How and when already discussed) and observe/watch the level of through the sight glass and wait until the water reaches about 70% of the full capacity then CLOSE the VENT.and open the valve for low pressure supply air (6 bar) .

    Sir what chemical dosing is done for drinking purpose?

  • @arpit6264
    @arpit6264 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Sir, while charging when we open the low pressure air supply valve. So at that time do we have to turn off the water pump? And after the low pressure supply air valve is open do we have to again start the pump in automatic mode? Is it so?
    I didn't understand what to do with the pumps which were running in manual mode once the level of water in tank reaches 70%. Do we have to close the pumps and then turn on the air supply valve and then put the pumps on automatic mode?

    • @vishalprakashthakur8494
      @vishalprakashthakur8494 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Exactly the same question even i have weather the pump will be running or stopped at 70%

    • @akashchatterjee4722
      @akashchatterjee4722 ปีที่แล้ว

      At around 70% filling, service air is opened and vent valve is shut. There after the water filling pump is put to automatic. The pressure switch senses the pressure inside the hydrophore and once it reached the set pressure, the water filling pump stops.

      During charging the hydrophore tank with low pressure compressed air first open the vent, then start the pump and watch level through water level indicator/sight glass.
      Wait for sometime until water level reaches up-to 70% of the total hydrophore tank capacity then CLOSE the VENT and open the low pressure compressed air Supply Valve. Rest I have already discussed in my lecture.
