    Sir we create vacuum in the condensation chamber .
    We are sending vapour to vacuum chamber why vapour doesn't get super heat steam due low pressure?
    Why condensation we are maintaining vacuum instead of normal condensation?

    Sir I have a question regarding evoperating temp i.e 40 - 45degree celcius....
    My doubt is,if I have already temperature 80degree celcius of jacket cooling water ..then why we go for vacuum up to the 90percent..to boil off S.W at 40-45 degree Celsius ...can we not boil sea water at jacket temperature if we slightly decrease the pressure corresponding to jacket water temperature

      To make the process faster and increase the efficiency we reduce the pressure, as if the pressure is moderate so we will require more time and work.

      IN PLATE TYPE(FOR EVAPORATER) - OPEN SHELL COVER THEN OPEN INLET AND OUTLET VALVE OF EVAPORATER(JCW), REGULATE THE BYPASS VALVE FOR JCW AND CHECK WHETHER ANY LEAK OF WATER IS PRESENT OR NOT.

    Why salinity will increase if there will be 100% vaccum is achieved in FWG ?
    this question was asked in my interview and I couldn't find it's answer, I would be glad if you can help me out.

      Hello there.
      If we create 100 %vacuum then there will be high agitation.cuz of that it will increase high boiling rate of sea water .that's why salinity will increase.

      Vaccum is being made by taking out the air from the evaporator through a vent.Creation of vaccum has no relation with sea water temperature .
