I'd consider myself an ABBA fan, but I don't think I'm familiar with this one either😶 I kept seeing comments about this one, but I'll admit, for me I like to watch songs I'm more familiar with in general, so I didn't think I cared. I'm glad I watched/listened to it. Thank you for expanding my ABBA horizons.

It's wonderful song, especially "live at Wembley 1979" version. But it's not a pop song, its progressive rock/art rock.

There's no shame to listen ABBA. In the eighties, they disappears because New Wave and a Impressive Pop Culture was stronger but in the 90's, they become legend with all seventies famous group and all CD compilation like "ABBA gold"
This music is the best for the dark side

Hi I grew up with Abba. In my teens my room was completly decorated with Abba Posters. And even when my taste changed 1000 times, Abba is my all time favourite. Today I prefer, Irish folk punk, blues, symphonic metal, Celtic folk, rock and Hardrock of the 60-80.
But Abba is always on my mind as one of the greatest band ever.
But I have 2 suggestions for you:
    Cranberrys: Zombie
    Larkin Poe: Preaching Blues.
You will love it. Keep going, I like your passion for music.

The Album also is the second best selling album in the UK in the history of music in the UK - Queen's Greatest Hits is number one, the Beatles Sgt. Pepper album is number three. These three albums are the only albums to sell over five million copies in the UK.

Great reaction James as per usual😊 I think you would dearly love Agnetha Faltskog singing 'When you really love someone'. Her voice has become even better over the years I think. In this song it is just so smooth and almost gravelly at times in lower notes. Cool video to song too. Not sure if it is insight into what went wrong between her in Bjorn. Cheers James.

Dude, all you’re really doing by listening to more Abba songs is what in the old days would’ve been us buying an album of theirs. When we would buy an album, an LP we would know that we were getting to hear 8 to 12 new songs by that band. And we never felt bad about it, we were extremely excited about it! In today’s age we’re simply witnessing you buying an Abba album. Really normal and has happened millions and millions of times.

    Good on you! 😃☮👍
I've been an ABBA fan since 1976, and there's a lot of therapeutic quality that can be got from an ABBA song, when you're an ABBA fan: various harmonies to hear and sing along to, rich melodies, genuine joy and other emotions to experience had hear.
You're on to a good thing having discovered ABBA 😃👍...from my experience, they've helped me get through bad times (including bouts of reactive-depression) and celebrate and enjoy good times 🌼🙏😊
Something else I'd recommend that could help alleviate your depression (as it does for me) is look out for a good and friendly community choir. I've been a member of one since 1992, and while there were times when I wasn't able to be a part of the choir, the strength of the friendships have always been there, plus the holistic qualities of singing are great for everyones' health.
    Best wishes from Australia 😊

Or James Taylor "Fire and Rain" or "You've got a Friend". Or Carole King has a version or "You've got a Friend" (she wrote it). Or Carole King's "It's too late". All of these songs were big hits in the late 1960s and early 1970s. James Taylor and Carole King were GIANTS in the music world for those of us who were teenagers in the late 60s and early 70s.

They have a certain magic about them that always throws me back to my childhood and soothes my soul, and as a person who also struggles with deppression i know how important it is to connect and hold on to the beautiful things in life, which i know is the very reason why you share this musical journey with us :)

"Knowing me" used to be my favorite ABBA song, but now it's second to "Eagle."

I hope you react to one of their most hauntingly beautiful songs, James, "My Love, My Life." Agnetha singing lead is quite breathtaking.

The orchestral arrangement ain't half bad either. Benny and Björn's musical talent is just...not anywhere near normal.

James, you should listen to their very first record.
It's called 'People Need Love'... I'd really like to know what you think.

So cool to see you reacting to ABBA again. This is a great song for listening to the girls harmonies. You should react to their concert videos. They throw so much energy into the performances.
