BTW General Commander was originally supposed to be a TV series. When it was 1st announced they promised 12 episodes and broadcast in 30+ countries. I guess the pilot was too good for anyone to pick it up so it ended up being a straight-to-video film.

Got halfway through and remembered why it’s a Christmas movie. Lady at the end is Seagal’s actual wife. Apparently this was a TV show that didn’t really get going and the movie is basically the first two episodes blended together. Only one movie left!! Hello and Merry Christmas! This movie review couldn't have been timed better. Alongside the "Merry Christmas" line, you might notice the light decorations around the arch near the bridge and by the lamp posts around the 09:00 and 09:50 mark. These are Filipino Christmas decorations called "Parol" and I think it's pretty clear that the helicopter scene was filmed within the Christmas season. I think it's one neat feature of this movie. Unfortunately, this is just one of the many mediocre Seagal movies.
Merry Christmas RedEye! Just wanted to impart some gun knowledge before leaving. Movie silencers would make their guns quiet like all movie tropes. IRL however that silencer doesn't exactly silence the gun. It's still loud af with that thing on but not loud enough to damage your hearing.

I believe TX is the only place ia the US where you can buy one without a background check due to a law they passed recently. Most other gun mods are perfectly legal. Only thing you cant do is convert your firearms to a machingun (without the proper paperwork) or cut the barrel down (on rifles) below a certain length (usually under 16 inches).
