    It's just the right length for me. Most likely can carve out 25 minutes on a busy day. Also, loved the variety of moves to get the whole body moving. Thanks

    Would just like to add here that I simply love this version of the pelvic tilts- the stretch derived this way has no comparison! Simply the best!

    I’ve only ever seen these wonderful classes done in the full sunshine. I was beginning to wonder if it was just a backdrop behind you.     I love the shorter sessions! I would like to start exercising for longer periods of times, but I'm much more able to get in two shorter sessions than one long one.
