    This was one of the best workouts. More exercises under 30 mins please (from a mum with a baby 😅)!

    Thank you! Another lovely class. Had a big toe joint fusion operation ten days ago, so no walking but this class helps keep everything else working. Love your classes.

    Wow, this was really great. It makes me hot from the inside, then outside. Since i make your classes i got back my waist. Thank you for all your work. I only make classes with the lenght of up to 30 Minutes because of my arthritis. But it helps to go over the pain most of the time.😄

    If I have pain in my knee Is there another move instead of this?

      Try and avoid pain in your knee, make the movement smaller or substitute with something else.

    I will be happy with you during the exercises, but I suffer from a herniated disc in the back and knee roughness. Some exercises are difficult for me and I feel frustrated.

      Always listen to your body especially with an injury. Feel free to amend and focus and all the movements you CAN do! 🙏😊🙏
