I a. always start my day with a hip opening exercise,
And finish with your " Yoga For Neck Shoulders and Upper Back. ".
I can definitely recommend this video for keeping you mobile

Hello Katja, I am a beginner and am finding your classes really great, thank you!
I'm hoping you can advise me. I do a lot of computer work and have a desk that allows me to stand while I work which helps with neck and shoulder tension. But I am finding that I am getting some lower back pain when standing. Please could you advise me on the best class to help with this.
