      Guys, please know that sin is leads to hell dear souls, please consider your eternity, will you go to Heaven or burn in hell and ultimately the lake of fire? You have a precious soul that Lord Jesus died for, please know that you can go to heaven no matter what you’ve done in your past, Lord Jesus Christ can and will forgive you if you turn to Him, confess your sins to Him and repent. Please please please know that your soul is precious, you’re not a mistake. I thank Lord Jesus Christ for your life. ✝️❤️💜🤍✝️

    I love that when you say “eat food that you think tastes good”, it doesn’t mean it has to be greasy or filled with salt and sugar. It can be something that has is filled with veggies or good proteins. For me, I looooove smoothie bowls and I prefer them over ice cream. When I want to indulge, I’ll make a huge bowl with lots of toppings 🥰❤️

    • @Blueberryminty
      @Blueberryminty 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The same for me :) .
      The sometimes annoying part is that people try to shame me for "eating too healthy" and that I should try to indulge more (meaning: "eat a hamburger or ice cream") and people look at me weird when scooping up my plate with vegetables and side dishes at a barbeque. But that's what I constantly do, I indulge myself with the taste and textures of all those wonderful foods that others only seem to see as very one sided: healthy food. I've been conditioned by my mother I think... or I just don't know why I've always liked it from when I was little. I know it's not standard to love snacking on a bag of fresh green salad instead of a bag of chips, but I love the taste and texture that much more of that salad, the salty or whatever added flavour of those chips easily get too much and is also quite boring in taste. And I prefer avocado's before mayo. I rather have oven baked sweet potato then french fries, I rather snack on fruits or nuts/seeds then any artificial candy, I prefer my hamburgers with tasty sourdough buns and lots of vegetables stuffed in it... , I can go on... It's not that I never eat those other things, they are just not my favourite and sometimes I really just don't like them (Not a fan of ice cream for example, and most typical birthday cakes are rather horrible then enjoyable to me)

      If it becomes harder to stick to it: try focusing on one thing and be mild about the others until you feel up to it again to do more. Changing habits is not easy, but it's so much easier if you go slow but steady. And don't forget to feel good about every right decision you made, don't try to dwell too long on or feel bad about falling back into an old habit, it's ok. (but do take note of the possible reasons you fell back, so you might learn from it in the future).

    This is the BEST video I’ve ever watched on the topic of intuitive eating! I love that even when you decide to have a “treat”, for example, the scallion pancake, you still eat it with lots of other healthy ingredients!! This is exactly what I want to know and practice intuitive eating! So many TH-camrs, when they preach how they intuitively eat, they often just go all out and consume all bad stuff in one sitting! But for many people, that could be hard to stop right there and could be a start of a bad downhill spiral. Anyway, just wanted to say this video is so helpful!! Please share more on this topic!! ❤

      Is intermittent fasting same as intuitive eating??

    • @dianatabadur8326
      @dianatabadur8326 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Intuitive eating is eating when you feel hungry and eating what you feel like you need to eat. Intermittent fasting is when you have limited eat times. A common intermittent fasting period is being able to eat from noon ‘till 8 in the evening, and then fasting for 16 hours. So it isn’t really the same

    i was wondering if you were still following IF? correct me if i'm wrong, but i think if u follow intermittent fasting, then that automatically means you aren't eating intuitively (and there's nothing wrong with that -- 100% intuitive eating isn't right for everyone)

    • @jmuniz985

      Try to eat intuitively. What you're doing is bad for your physical and mental health. I used to do the same with the calorie stuff but it's not good for long term weight lost. You have to exercise and eat to fuel your body. You cant grow muscle if you don't eat enough. So the main key here is to exercise and eat in moderation. Don't focus too much on your weight bc it fluctuate when you eat and when you gain muscle and rather well take pictures or measure with measuring tape that will help

    It feels like I over each and eat a lot of sugar often. I usually count calories and have sort of decided to stop. Somehow I don't even know when I am full anymore or how to do eating. Does anyone have tips for that?
