It never ceases to amaze me how much better Indie games are than AAA.
AAA game scene is dead. Lucky to get a handful of good games a year
100 percent. last AAA game I loved was resident evil 2 remake. I play 90 percent indie games now. Just beat rebel transmute, about to dive into outbuddies and super excited for eiyuden chronicles and hollow knight silk song and Quartet. All indies lol (well.....eiyuden chronicles is made from some of the suikoden devs so I dno if that counts as indie but whatever)
Thank you so much for including Quartet in this video! For those interested, we have a free demo on our Steam page. And we will be updating our trailer in the coming months. Thank you!
Really looking forward to some of these in particular Bloomtown, Quartet and My Familiar which I HOPE they don't delay further than they already have.
Indeed, those are my bread too :)
Great list, this actually had quite a few games that I had never heard of or just for a really long time. Not too many that really grab me personally, but great to learn more
Grazie my friend :)
My Familiar looks interesting and I like the art style. Good video mate, thanks
Hope you enjoy it! :)
Great video thanks. Wonderful to see indie devs giving us something different to AAA. The Necromancer’s Tale has a great demo! Love the Bloomtown graphics - so cute! Thanks again for this summary - I have a few new ones to wishlist now.
These all look amazing. I wish more of them were announced for console.
To be honest some of them are will arrive on consoles too. I was a little lazy not to point it out :)
@@TurnBasedLovers oh okay! That’s good news!
Ι backed Sandwalkers on Kickstarter and I'm really looking forward to it. Plague Lords got added to my (ever expanding, thanks to TBL :P) wishlist. Seriously, though, we need channels like this one, some of the games listed here I hadn't even heard of before this video.
Hey thank you so much for this awesome message. Sandwalkers is one of the most anticipated for me, while Plague Lords looks like something unique. :)
"Plaag Lords" sounds like a dutch black metal song \m/
Hahahaha 😅
I have high hopes for Interregnum! the best part is the overworld survival mechanics. The weird alien dangers are also an interesting twist, they do apear in the demo
Very great video! I really hope New Arc Line will be as good as it looks! Geneforge 2- infestation came out today. It’s a great indie cRPG.
I hope so too! Yes, thanks for the heads up about Geneforge, I'm going to add the news inside the weekly recap :)
@@TurnBasedLovers you’re awesome!
Great list, many of the games you put in the video actually look pretty interesting! Thanks for the video
Glad you enjoyed! :)
New Arc Line looks awesome 🤩
Indeed. There are few gameplay sequences, but they promise good :)
lot of interesting games coming up, thanks for the video
plague lords looks pretty cool, and quartet reminds me a bit of mystic quest just with more dudes
Oh my god My Familiar looks soooo good,. The Demo is amazing. The style is absolutely fantastic. Super hyped.
Thank you for great list, added some games to wishlist. Cheers.
Glad you enjoyed!
Thanks for this fantastic list! Sandwalker really catches my eye with its impressive graphics. I hope the game offers a good amount of complexity to keep me engaged. Plague Lords is another title I completely missed, but it looks very promising. Twilight Wars piques my interest - it seems like a unique blend of XCOM and Darkest Dungeon. I appreciate that it's a sci-fi concept, a refreshing change from the usual fantasy genre. The voice acting sounds absolutely stunning!
Indeed, i tried the demo of Sandwalkers and looks like they offer a lot of freedom of exploration and this is awesome for me. Plague Lords is an original mix of genre while Twilight Wars has an interesting base management system. Let's see what happen. Anyway thank you so much for your message :)
nice! I love this channel because of only here I can find soo many gems!
Happy to hear that! :)
Yo! Thanks for featuring My Familiar amongst a bunch of great titles! 🙏😙✨️
Any time! Can't wait to play the full game :)
@TurnBasedLovers yessir! Working on it 🫡✨️
SO excited for quarter. Loved shadows of Adam and this is the developers next game. It looks even better. Thank you for bringing Plague Lords to my attention. I put it on my wishlist. Looks fantastic.
Great video bro
Glad you enjoyed bro :)
Great list! Thanks! Found and marked a couple of games, but still having direct steam links would be awesome! (8
Added! I'm always lazy about this :(
Thank you!
Recently (re?)discovered Chrono Ark and picked it up in its current sale. Very good reviews, still in EA after 5 years but seems very interesting.
Mmmm i need to try it.. thanks for the heads up my friend :)
@@TurnBasedLovers Yes and just today they announce its final release this April, good timing :)
Hadn't heard of that first game yet. Looks pretty cool.
Indeed. It is an interesting tactical RPG. As for me i really love the setting
Wow sembrano tutti molto interessanti. In particolare mi incuriosiscono Sandwalkers, Fretless e Twilight Wars. Non vedo l'ora di metterci su le mani
Sisi, sono particolari e davvero interessanti. Per Fretless e Twilight Wars c'è anche la demo disponibile. Se li provi poi fammi sapere :)
@@TurnBasedLovers Certo
Quartet and Bloomtown ❤
I really hope New arc line will succeed in being the new Arcanum it seems to want to be in the trailer
Letting us know which console or platforms or PC only the games are coming out on would be a nice add, just so I can't know if it's a Switch/XBX or Steam add.
Looking forward to plague lords
Indeed. An awesome mix of strategy survival and turn-based mechanics :)
huh never heared of New arc but I like what I see.
Bloomtown looks like its trying to do too much with the game but thats just what i got frm the initial video as having turned based combat, social manegerial stuff etc is quite a big task.
Curious to see how it will turn out but its the one i'm most looking forward too. The graphics is especially cute
7:43 "queerkey" characters 😅
that bejng said the game looks amazing and i cant wait, i loved the song too :)
hahahaha :) My super English speaking :) Hahahaha
"Deep narrative choices" is what they shove in when the combat sucks. Out of this entire list: new arc line, MAYBE.
Hahahaha. Let's hope it's not the case :)
Plage lors this es rts. Boring
I don't wanna be a dick but none of these games will get a better Steam rating than mixed, if at all. It's certainly not TBL's fault that he can't show us anything more promising but boy was this a parade of mediocrity!
Ciao, sorry but i think you were too harsh with these games, but that's why the world is beautiful; everyone has their own opinions :)
We'll see in a year ;)
