My social anxiety disorder has gotten better and only got better because i keep doing the opposite of what it wants me to, i can't always interact, sometimes it wins but increasingly it's losing more and more.

Someone is pushing us to feel anxiety, usually this is learned thinking style from childhood when we were exposed to AcoA and ACE ambient - constant criticism and catastrophizing by mentally ill parent. We learned to worry as a coping mechanism to handle the mental illness of someone in power over us. And we carried this dysfunctional coping mechanism into adulthood - where we distrust our inner resources, we distrust our brain - and instead we worry about other people, thinking that by doing so we will prevent their anger and intrusive behavior.

I was bullied in middle school because I was shy and rarely talk to people, and I act strange they said. Now in high school I was overactive and more extroverted, I cracking jokes talks more and trying to be normal, and now people thinks I was annoying. Fuck social lives
When I moved into my new school, people were bullying me and making fun of me for my race and because my parents were Indian. Non of my (I think it’s called) elementary or middle school friends came to my “high school” and I got depressed from the way I was being treated at school and by my dad. And I even gained SEVERE social anxiety problems. Multiple times I’ve nearly killed myself (like literally) tried choking myself to death, getting intentions to stab myself with a saw in technology and other stuff. I eventually cried out to God to help me and saw this guys videos, (and others) and they have helped me a lot. Thank you so much for the inspiration you guys have given me. ❤❤

Way to solve it: Somehow develop autism and become the weardness! Wear it like a cape, and it will be your shield. BE THE FRIEND WHO COULD GIVE SOMEONE ANXIETY
When you are in a crowded area don’t look at your phone or don’t look down. If you do those things your brain will tell you that everybody is watching you making you more anxious. I’m telling from experience 😕 Just look up straight and you will notice that just a few people look at you sometimes. Most people are in their worlds. 🙂
I thought I might be an introvert, but i'm an extrovert, I found myself randomly talking to people I don't know, laughing like a maniac in public even if I hate my laugh, and just straight up not caring wether if anyone's looking or not. But the problem is, I'm still scared to talk to shopkeepers while out shopping ;-;

But I have overcome that fear thanks to my teachers which promote activities like deliving speeches in front of the whole class and school. Sometimes I just don't get it why people are so anxious like some of my friends shiver in having a conversation with someone they don't know. I am just blessed by God that I don't have that type of anxiousness or because in my childhood I had many interactions with real people so ....
im the last one. whenever i get up to grab smth of the floor instead of reaching down i have to go down to the floor..lunchtime,always feel like someone will get weirded out by eating examle:i like cheesestrings(i dont)and my my friend dont.so i dont eat them feeling embarrassed..can yall relate?
to be honest i know that im confident and charismatic but i got one problem that is ruining my life and its my face, im simply scared to look at somebody’s face without covering mine, with my hand, im just ugly
