Great video and I can confirm both are the same. I recently sent my module 300 for repair to Bose and it has been logged in their system as module 700. When they moved thier branding away from SoundTouchXXX systems to SoundbarXXX, they rebranded the Am300 so the branding is the same. Along the same lines they changed the box colours and graphics to line up with the new ranges too.
Thanks video your video sir,let me tell you,we bought sound touch 300 come with everything $150 no tax in my location used from September 8-2024 ,and two day later we bought Acoustimass 300 Bass Module $120 no tax in my location too ,both working perfect we so happy, thankssss you again sir.
Thank you for this! I just liked and subscribed! I am very curious to know if this will be compatible with the Ultra Soundbar! I’m aware the 700 module works with the 900 soundbar. I am on the fence about spending more money than needed.
Thank you so much for subscribing to my channel, Yes this bass module is compatible with Ultra because bose have not released any other bass modules as yet. Feel free to buy and also read the Ultra user guide online to check all the specs. Good Luck
@@melissad9151 Super, The Bose Music App will show your Bose Bass Module as 700 as its firmware is updated. So you’re effectively buying a 700 for the price of 300. You will need your sound bar fully configured and working and then add the bass module as an accessory. Orange light means awaiting signal, Flashing White light means establishing connection, solid white light means, Connection Successful.
I have questions? I have the ACOUSTIMASS 300 Bass module. Iv had it for 3 years no problems but recently the bass module won’t connect to the sound bar anymore. The light comes on yellow then white just for a second then turns red you have any idea?
Thank you for watching my channel, If you have already removed the module from the app and re paired it and still have the same issue then your WiFi card inside the module is cooked perhaps due to heat or just getting old. Send it to bose they will get it sorted. No need to waste time.

Hi sir…i have a bose lifestyle 600 and my bass module is 300…can i add a bass module 700 as my 2nd bass on my system? Thanks and more power to your youtube channel🙏🏻
Thank you for your kind comment. Yes you can add up to maximum of Two Sub Modules. 700 is the same as 300 infact 300 have been upgraded to 700 now, save money and find a preowned 300 Sub module or if not 700 will be equally as good. Please do subscribe to my channel for more ineresting videos.
