- No bake Ube creamy cheesecake
ube cake:
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup powdered milk
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 cups white sugar
2 cups water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp ube flavor
1 1/2 tsp violet food color
cheesecake base:
450g cream cheese, softened
500ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
300ml condensed milk, chilled overnight
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp gelatin(soaked in 3-4 tbsp water)
3-4 tbsp hot water
topping:
ube halaya
grated cheese

Based on experience, hindi talaga mag w-work ang gulaman. I don't know kung merong naka pull off in adding it sa cheesecake. Ginamit ko siya pang stabilize ng whipped cream and it was a mess.
