- BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE
120 grams white sugar
20 grams gelatine powder
120 grams water
500 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
375 grams chilled all purpose cream
Crust:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
60 grams melted butter
2 tablespoons white sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 can blueberry topping

Thank you for sharing this No Bake version, Chef. My version was a baked one with a twist. I mixed one (drained ) can crushed pineapple into the cream cheese mixture, then pour over the graham crust and bake it. Topped with either Cherry or Blueberry Pie Filling, then drizzled with melted White Chocolate on top. Whichever design that will make it more " BONGGA " as you would say, that's how I do it. 😉😇🥰

Thank you, I tried your recipe mas tipid lang ang result and taste is amazing mas bet ko kesa un nasa famous coffee shop, un sakin niluto ko sa stove pan, water bath,l for 50 mins. Low heat,wala kasi ako oven, the result creamy soft, at hindi dry..
