Paul Hoferer congratulations! keep it up man! I was right there a couple years ago and it wouldn’t have been possible without mediation. I know I don’t know you but for me at least a lot of times it was the total strangers that helped me make it mentally, especially when/if my family or friends that I hurt the most were struggling to show support.
Totally off topic but I think that part of recovery may have been the most difficult to comprehend and stomach; the fact that I hurt those close to me so much more than I ever imagined. At times I felt totally alone (not a good place for someone fighting to beat addiction). This meditation would have been so helpful during those times as well as the one she did about moving “forward from here.”
Thanks so much Sarah and keep it up Paul! Nice work! There’s a beautiful world out here still and for those of you still in active addiction, this is possible! Your mind may be telling you it isn’t possible, worth it or YOU can’t do it bc .... NOT true!
Our minds are the strongest, most creative problem solving tool on earth yet can act as if it is our biggest enemy at the same time. THAT..... that right there is where the difference is made; being able to realize when that is happening. Spirituality age awareness is the answer! :)

Sara, Thank you so much for this meditation. I have thanked you before for other ones that have deeply helped me grow and change substantially. Your meditations are seriously just as therapeutic and healing as traditional therapy. That has stunned me, as i never believed in meditation until about 10 months ago when i started following you and listening to your meditations. They have been transformational. My focus has specifically been on this one for the last week, as it is so spot on for the transformation i need in a certain area of my life right now. I truly believe that you are a conduit for the Universal Force for healing. I truly do. Thank you again from a very deep level inside of my heart! ❤

I am so grateful for this meditation
It always helps me out in tough times of stress, anxiety and tough changes
It helps me find a little island of authenticity and finally get in touch with myself
It's so hard to be yourself in this pretentious world of human society
And the changes can bring a lot of anxiety too
It is a blessing to be who you are and try to work out a better future for yourself and became a better human being
I wish too all who's reading this success and spiritual guidance
You will achieve what you're seeking for
Don't give up and keep patience, do't worry about the past or time spent. Life is a journey and there's no immediate solution, but there is always one
    I love y'all peace ❤

A sober, no-fluff woman in the clashing world with the upcoming lunar eclipse and serious conjunctions. Thank you for abstaining from unnecessary suggestible speech. This normal, sober, true, common-sense talk was what I needed, and I shall do it again. Could even stand the tones, although they are unnecessary and ominous give unease.

This meditation is the only one that has brought me into a deeper meditative state. I think the key is spending the first 10 minutes on breathing and relaxing, before going deeper into subconscious. And the deepening visualisation is introduced slowly over another four minutes. The pace is just right. Other meditations I have tried, and purchased, only spend four minutes at most on breathing then say you're in a deep state of relaxation. It just doesn't work that way. Thank you for this effective audio and the calm it brings

Hi Sara, thank you for this and for all your beautiful meditations. I never go to anyone else 🙏
I have one favour to ask though....I struggle with holding all anxiety in my breath and chest, and believe it or not, focusing on it quite a lot of the time exacerbates the feeling. I obsess over the need to take a deep breath 24/7. So quite a lot of the time the 'check in with the natural rhythm of your breath' part of so many meditations, brings on my anxiety and obsessive thoughts. Would you be able to make some meditations where there isn't the focus on the breath?
    Many thanks as always. 💕

Phoebe Warden I avoid the breath exercising. I focus on the grounding. I too have my anxiety worsened with breathing techniques. Focus on the surface you are on and whatever fabrics you are feeling. When I do the breathing, I use my stomach. Never the chest. Hope it helps.

I haven't actually done this guided imagination therapy "meditation" some call it), but from the little I did hear, it seems to maybe be what I've been looking for: Real speech, without fake soothing nonsense fluff sweet talk. I thought i have to learn to make the vids I need, myself. (8 hours) They guide you for about 25 mins and then they fade out and the rain/atmospherics stay. Or I'd love one that lasts for about 3 hours where Sara's voice is extremely calming to sleep to and to be comforted and then fades after 40 mins or so, leaving music/atmospherics/rain. Her voice comforts me enormously, she brings me peace in a life of turmoil and challenges. I am also grateful for the great things in my life but sometimes they are hard to see through the challenges. Thank you to this wonderful meditation channel.

Some people just don't want to let go yet. It's their entire identity. They fear they will cease to exist once the pain is gone, because they believe there is nothing in them or to them except the pain, trauma and/or their poor self image and that negative feed that plays on a constant loop in their head. I know this, because this is me. At least I recognize it. That's a huge part of the battle, or I hope it is. I've got to tell myself that for now! LOL 🤷😛🤦
