    Thanks for sharing your experience Zeeba 💙 @Reni your look when she said some rentals don’t come with appliances was so funny 😂 South Africa is similar, it’s the more high end places that will have appliances included in a rental, stoves are usually the only standard thing that comes included, everything else you have to get yourself (fridge, washer & dryer, microwave etc.).

    • @ZeebaOse
      @ZeebaOse 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thanks for watching Busin🤍! Honestly, I was shook because in Canada these are expected with rentals. Interesting to learn that it’s the same in South Africa. It was quite bothersome to experience while searching. You never know until you know 😅.

    Dubai is an oasis. Temporary fun & good money, if you have the right qualifications. What’s scary is, the laws are not the same as (for example) America & when sh•% gets real, the possibility of going to jail for a simple misdemeanor back home is real. I also found it to be soulless. The stares for me, as a Pacific Islander, plus my look can be shocking to most of the world. Same stares I got in Iowa, Alabama, Greece, Iran, Germany, Egypt and Kenya. Communities that aren’t used to seeing certain cultures IRL will always stare.
