adding 50-60mm more tire width per axle will help any car handle better, not to mention going from a narrow all season tire to a wider summer tire is like a double whammy.
I have the AWE Touring on my '19 WRX and choose it based on their involvement in the VW/Audi community...however, after having it for 3 years, and knowing then what I know now, I would have chosen a different exhaust system. COBB, Grimmapeed, Borla, etc, and even looked at a Ti system vs Stainless Steel. I'm not a fan of single exits on a dual exit car but single exits are lighter....
Do you still have the OEM Torsen differential? You will never need more capacity or a cooler with a Torsen but it is also trash. Get the Cusco clutch pack unit, the performance gain is larger than the mods you did here.
@Subimods I was wondering the weight benefiting between full Cusco vs. Stock but I think I figured out the reason why upgrade which is to have more range in suspension geometry followed by lowering the car.
@@haeuk Correct. Having adjustable components helps getting a proper alignment whether it be for daily driving, tracking the car, etc. Lowering a car will effect all of the suspension geometry, and if factory components have any range of adjustment, in most cases it is not enough.
@@chibikishi...did you all think about scrub radius when choosing the wheel and offset? where are you on the scrub radius, positive, negative, or same as OE?

Exactly that, coupled with all the suspension mods the BRZ is an awesome drivers car!
The sound is just too good!
It sure is!
i had a volkswagen cc with an AWE exhaust sounded so good. like the way it sounds on the gr86, that going to be the one iget for mine.
AWE makes great exhausts all around!

Not bad. I still think the borla exhaust is the best sounding on the fa24.
👍🏻

Yes, this does still have the OEM Torsen diff. While it may not be (as) beneficial right now, there is an upgrade on order.
Any weight comparison~? Are they same type of steel?
There is a lot going on this video, what piece / pieces are you speaking about?

What wheels are on the BRZ?

@@Subimods what's the wheel and tire size you guys went with?

Dude, the background music was enough to make me click away from this…
Thanks for looking!
