Honestly this works better than the actual software, easier to use and probably just as accurate
Love it. Just would add a small fuse just be safe on the power lead if it were mine.
I have a T450 giving me the low rail pressure code,machine would run for about 5 secs at idle then die and throw the code. I replaced the fuel filter after seeing a good 1/2 cup of water cdrain out of the filter bottom and then I replaced the duetsch 2 pin connecter plug for the fuel/water sep plug due to damage and and now the machine stays running with no codes as long as the machines at idle, when I go full throttle, it throws the code e001076-16. I may need to cut up an old harness and make that gauge setup. Your videos are awesome btw! Please keep them coming!

I have the software but sometimes it's easier to carry something this small. Depending on where the unit is. In the bottom of a ship. In a hole. Etc.
That gauge is a game changer for us small time mechanics.So i see you using it on the delphi system will it also work on the newer bosch fuel systems bobcat came out with?

Yes Pico software should be able to calculate the pressure from the pulses.
Why are you taking the lines off with the mechanical gauge? Can’t you put a T fitting where the sensor is and have it hooked up there?
Help on a 650 skid steer crank won't start the the injectors return lin the rubber ones when cracking the return lines get inflated with fuel and Pop off what would cause that

I have a no start on a t590. I put new pump and injectors but still no start!. do I need to reprogram?

How did you put simulated load on aux flow?
You turn on the auxiliary’s with no attachment connected so the flow is going over a relief, which cause load on the engine
They turned on the aux flow with no attachment hooked up, or no loop hose on the couplers. This deadheads the aux and creates load.
