The thing that makes this interesting is that it comes from Andre so it has his own flavor to it, even when it says Rammstein, you can tell it's really Andre. That and the creativity to write riffs that give the original song a whole new feel, make this feel special and not just like any mongolian folk metal song.

I have been Acquainted with Mongolian throat, singing as my son learned, it helped him sing with a death metal voice, but it also is a neat traditional style all of its own. I would like videos that accompanied the lyrics to see what they’re saying.
And so the Andres Antunes World Tour continues.....as he collects music from as many cultures as he can....and then turn them into scorching heavy metal.....in a way that feels like the original music was born to be turned into metal one day
Rammstein is German, Batzorig is Mongolian. So a melding of Germanic and Turkic-Mongol music. It's the Austro-Hungarian empire but in musical form. :^)
Man, I've known Batzorig since his Khusugtun days (I even bought their first album and I don't really buy music) and was already a big fan of this video by itself. This is a great collaboration, Andre. We obviously have similar taste in music. Tens que fazer um metal fado!
I can see this being a full on album. 😮And the solo!!! André even let the guy solo! Honestly, there's no one out there doing this with this quality. No bands, no other artists, NO One! Thank you!
Andre going outside with some rocks to try and match the throat singer's environment is a nice touch. True dedication to the craft of producing great video content along with his awesome music.
Mongolian Throat Singing started out metal before metal existed. They literally have multiple forms of distortion *in their voice* that they've been using since well before electric equipment existed.
Oh hell yeah! It really hit me from 2:05 had listened to it many times, somehow it feels like freedom or flying expressed in music...absolutely awesome!
This is my favorite of Andre Antunes mashups. Andre's riffs complement Batzorig so well, supporting Batzorig and his fiddle as the real stars of the show. The fiddle solo is my favorite part!
