I love pig feet and probably eat them way more than what's healthy. As far as cleaning, you and I are pretty much on the same page. I soak mine in salt and vinegar water for hours sometimes overnight if I'm cooking them the next day. I also scrape the entire foot including the foot pad with a eyebrow shaper tool, especially between the toes to get the dead skin and hair. The eyebrow shaper is very effective. Lastly, I'll parboil them like you, to remove the scum and rinse them thoroughly under clean running water before the real cooking begins. Your pig feet look marvelous. Heading over to your house now for a plate. 😋😁
OMG I love pig feet and those looks so delicious. I just had cooked me 2lbs on Friday and I end up eating all of them that day. So I just had to go back to the store to get me 7lbs more, I probably will cook them next weekend. I haven't had them for many years. Thank you for the video because I definitely will be adding the bell peppers and onions the next time.
