I grew up in the mountains of East Tennessee, now I'm a VP of a big national company, but you took me back to my Granny's cooking and my childhood! THANK YOU and Bless You for taking me back to my Tennessee childhood and heritage!
When cooking pigs feet, one must clean between the toes burn hair off the feet on stove, most importantly boil the pigsfeet to boil the dirt off Then wash feet thoughly Place in clean pot adding the celery, onions, peppers salt bayleaves, crushed peppers, etc. This is the way you want the best tasty pigsfeet.
