I really like the way Clarke judged this episode of Movie Fights. She was extremely thorough in explaining her thoughts for each argument and was very logical in choosing who won each round. Andy should adopt this style of judging, cause he seems to just quickly mumble his reasoning and constantly picks winners based on something stupid. Also, it makes sense that Josh is a voice actor. He has a very nice and soothing yet commanding voice.
I also really liked Lon's input whenever Clarke asked him for his opinions. He was also very logical in his thinking and gave good reasoning during his explanations of his thoughts.

This was a super chill episode. I really liked this lady as the host; she went the extra mile to make everything seem seamless and didn't let the fights draw out for too long. The fighters weren't getting pissy about losing and weren't constantly screaming over the top of each either. They were all relatively well versed in their choices and often had to-the-point rebuttals. All-in-all, nice episode away from "the regulars".
They are my favourite TH-camrs, but their movie knowledge (especially Links) 'ain't that great. They've proven that in their own movie related quizzes xD

Jason didn't kill Freddy, Freddy was decapitated by the girl in the end of FvJ and Jason just walked out of the lake holding Freddy's head. Also Jason can be killed and he has beeb killed, he was just always brought back... Freddy on the other hand, you need to jump through hoops to survive him and jump through even more hoops to actually kill him. Also a high body count doesn't make the deadliest villain. How hard they are to kill and how easy they can kill is what makes them the deadliest.
John Klein At least if you don't know or believe in Freddy, you can't be killed. Jason can just show up and kill you no matter if you believe in him or not. Plus, the higher death count means you are statistically more likely to be killed by Jason than Freddy which in my opinion is more deadly.

At one point they even "brought him back to life" by giving him CPR because they were so afraid of what would happen if Freddy remained. To this day Michael scares me the most, but that's probably because he was the first villain I was introduced to, I'm very thankful I didn't know about Freddy as a kid. I don't think I would have ever slept, Chucky made my doll playing days short lived
Jason will always BE MAH Favorite for a ton of reasons but Deadliest Villain, Whats funny is this month I've been doing a month of how to destroy certain horror movie villains or incapacitate them and the Hardest ones so far were. The Creeper PinHead, PumpkinHead, Slender Man, and the DJinn from wishmaster. Everyone else has a clear weakness to exploit
This episode was fantastic. Clarke is a great judge, it's nice to see three fighters who are passionate and opinionated whilst also being polite and not taking things too seriously and it's SOOO nice to get away from superhero questions. Great episode.
Thank God for Clarke! No rambling from the contestants, just very tight, succinctly debated rounds. A 75 minute episode is a perfect length; no more two hour ones.
One of the best Movie Fights in a long time, the fighters were good and the judge was outstanding, her justification for each judgement made sense when she explained it. Clarke should judge more often. Plus the Morgan Freeman pitch was awesome!!
Were those vs ideas really the best they could come up with? How about The Thing vs Alien. You have a colony of humans being attacked by a small nest of xenomorphs that's quickly growing larger, and at the same time an escape pod carrying an imitation lands outside of the colony, with the colonists thinking the ship they were on might have brought the xenomorphs. They lock up the survivor for questioning, only to have him transform and replace a colonist guarding them. So not only do the colonists have to worry about forming a defense from the xenomorphs, but they soon learn the Thing is attacking and replacing people from within (practical effects only). You'd have that mix of having to cooperate against the xenomorphs and the paranoia of the guy next to you possibly being an imitation. Then to make matters worse you could have the xenomorphs grab an imitation by mistake and carry it back to the nest. A xenomorph mutating into a man-xeno-thing monstrosity would be some nightmare fuel in itself.
This is a 5 year old comment, but my god, that idea is fucking GENIUS. Kudos for thinking all that out! Can’t imagine the ending for this movie would be anything short of bleak.
I just listened to this episode and it has to be said, this was one of the best episodes you guys have made in a while. The Miss Wolfe did an amazing job as moderator and host, considering each response, explaining her thoughts. Fact checker was great, all the contestants were having a blast and making great arguments. Loved it, thank you to everyone involved.

I'd like to see Christopher Nolan do a horror movie. He takes a lot of inspiration from Kubrick and I think he could bring something new to the genre or completely reinvent it like he has done in the past with superhero movies and even sci fi.

I liked I, Robot. They gave the hero a nice, tragic back story which gave a logical reason why he distrusts robots, and for ONCE it's a man and a woman, working together to solve a mystery, and the relationship is purely platonic.
I prefer this host over Andy. She carefully disects the arguments and doesn't let the "passion" (rolls eyes) overwhelm the points made. She's also more in control resulting in a proper discussion. I hope to see more of her.

The Thing cannot be killed by fire. Such a common misconception. You clearly see in the '82 film that the twin headed Thing (which you see in the 2011 film) WAS burned with Kerosene and it just came right on back after that AND being dissected by Blair as well.
My bad-ass character is Ripley from Aliens and Alien. She takes on a Xenomorph by herself after everyone else is dead. She takes control in Aliens and fights off the xenomorph queen with a loader with the best one-liner ever! She's brave, clever, and aggressive.
Cant wait to watch this! Horror is my favorite genre! I wish Clarke was fighting though instead of hosting, would love to have seen her jump in on these questions.

The Thing cannot be killed by fire. Such a common misconception. You clearly see in the '82 film that the twin headed Thing (which you see in the 2011 film) WAS burned with Kerosene and it just came right on back after that AND being dissected by Blair as well.

My bad-ass character is Ripley from Aliens and Alien. She takes on a Xenomorph by herself after everyone else is dead. She takes control in Aliens and fights off the xenomorph queen with a loader with the best one-liner ever! She's brave, clever, and aggressive.
