අයදුම්පත් භාරගැනීම ආරම්භ වන්නේ 2021 ඔක්තෝම්බර් මාසයේ 6 වෙනි බදාදා දින ඇමෙරිකාවේ EST වේලාවෙන් දවල් 12 ට එනම් ලංකාවේ වේලාවෙන් රාත්‍රී 9.30 සිට 2021 නොවැම්බර් මාසයේ 9 වෙනි අඟහරුවාදා දින ඇමරිකාවේ EST වේලාවෙන් දවල් 12 ට එනම් ලංකාවේ වේලාවෙන් රාත්‍රී 9.30 ට අයදුම්පත් භාර ගැනීම අවසන් වේ. ලියාපදිංචි වීමේ කාලය තුළ අයදුම් කිරීම් එකකට වඩා ඉදිරිපත් කරන පුද්ගලයින් නුසුදුස්සන් වනු ඇත. විවාහකයන්ට වෙන වෙනම අයදුම් දෙකක් ඉදිරිපත් කරන්න පුලුවන්.
DV-2023 Program: The online registration period for the DV-2023 Program begins on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (GMT-4), and concludes on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST) (GMT-5). Individuals who submit more than one entry during the registration period will be disqualified. Spouses can submit two separate applications.

නිතර අසන ප්‍රශ්න
ඇතුලත් කරන සියලු තොරතුරු වර්තමාන තොරතුරු විය යුතුය. ඉස්සරහට වෙන්න තියෙන තොරොතුරු (විවාහ, අධ්‍යාපන, දරුවන්) දැමීමෙන්, අයදුම්පත් එකකට වඩා දැමීමෙන්, ඔබේ ග්‍රීන් කාර්ඩ් අයදුම්පත අවලංගුවීමට හේතුවෙන්න පුලුවන්. වැඩි විස්තර සඳහා පහත ප්‍රශ්න කියවන්න.
1. A/L pass නැත්තන් රස්සාවෙන් කොහොමද අයදුම් කරන්නේ ? / රස්සාව ගැන කිව්වේ නැනේ ?
A/L දක්වා අධ්‍යාපනය සම්පූර්ණ නොකරපු කෙනෙක් නම් එම පුද්ගලයාට රැකියා සුදුසුකම් වලින් අයදුම් කල හැක.
රැකියා කලාපය(Job Zone) 4 හෝ 5 සහ විශේෂිත වෘත්තීය සූදානම් කිරීමේ (SVP Range) වර්ගීකරණයේ 7.0 හෝ ඊට වැඩි ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් දෙකම අවශ්‍යයි.
අයදුම් කරන අවස්ථවේදී ඔයාගේ රැකියාව ගැන අහන්නේ නෑ.ඔයාට තියෙන උපරිම අධ්‍යාපන සුදුසුකම් විතරයි දැමීමට අවශ්‍යවන්නේ. ඔයා වින් කලොත් Interview එකට ගිහාම තමයි A/L අසමත්නම් ඔයාගේ රස්සාවේ සුදුසුකම් බලන්නේ. එතකොට ඔයගේ මන් ඉහත සඳහන් කල ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් වලට අදාලව ඔයාගේ ජොබ් එක සුදුසුකම් ලබලා තියෙන්න ඕනේ.

2. මගේ පාස්පොර්ට් එක එක්ස්පයර්(කල් ඉකුත් වෙලා), ඒ නිසා මට ග්‍රීන් කාර්ඩ් එකට ඇප්ලයි කරන්න පුලුවන්ද?
බැහැ, ඔබ(ප්‍රධාන අයදුම් කරු) වලංගු කල් ඉකුත් නොවූ ජාත්‍යන්තර සංචාරක ගමන් බලපත්‍රයක තොරතුරු ඇතුළත් කළ යුතුය (ඔබ ජාත්‍යන්තර ගමන් බලපත්‍රයක නිදහස් කිරීමක (exemption)අවශ්‍යතා සපුරාලන්නෙක් නොවේ නම්). ඔබේ පාස්පොර්ට් එකෙන් ඇමරිකාවට ඇතුලු වෙන්න පුලුවන් වෙන්න ඔනේ. මැදපෙරදිග රවලට පමනක් තියෙන පාස්පොර්ට් වලින් බැහැ.
3. ග්‍රීන් කාර්ඩ් වීසා සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණයට පෙර මගේ විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍රය කල් ඉකුත් වුවහොත් හෝ එය නැති වුවහොත් කුමක් වේද?
කිසියම් හේතුවක් නිසා ඔබගේ විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍ර අංකය වෙනස් වුවහොත් එය වෙනස් වූයේ ඇයිද යන්න පිළිබඳව ඔබට ඔබේ ග්‍රීන් කාර්ඩ් වීසා සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණය නියමිත දිනට පෙර රාජ්‍ය දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ කෙන්ටකි කොන්සියුලර් මධ්‍යස්ථානයට (කේසීසී) සාක්ෂි ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට සිදු වේ. ඔබ ග්‍රීන් කාර්ඩ් එකට ඇප්ලයි කරනවිට ඔබ ව්‍යාජ, නිවැරදි නොවන හෝ වලංගු නොවන විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍ර අංකයක් ඇතුළත් කළහොත්, ඔබ ග්‍රීන් කාර්ඩ් ලොතරැයිය සඳහා නුසුදුස්සෙක් වනු ඇත. අයදුම් කිරීම සඳහා ඔබ භාවිතා කරන විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍රයේ පැහැදිලි ඡායා පිටපතක් සාදා එය ඔබේ ඇතුළත් කිරීම් තහවුරු කිරීමේ අංකය (confirmation number) සමඟ ආරක්ෂිත ස්ථානයක තබන්න. ඔබ වලංගු විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍රයක් ඇතුළු කළ බවට ඡායා පිටපතක් පමණක් සාක්ෂියක් නොවේ, නමුත් තත්වය පැහැදිලි කිරීමට එය ඔබට උපකාරී වේ. අවසාන තීරණය ගනු ලබන්නේ ඔබේ ග්‍රීන් කාර්ඩ් වීසා සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණය පැවැත්වෙන අවස්ථාවේදී කොන්සියුලර් නිලධාරියාය.
4. පිටරට ඉන්න කෙනෙක් මොන ලිපිනයද දාන්න ඕනේ ?
ඔයා ඉන්න රටේ ඔයාට ලියුම් එන ලිපිනය දාන්න ඕනේ.
5. මගේ නම ගැන පැහැදිලි කරන්න පුලුවන්ද?
Vidoe එකේ example එක අනුව ගොඩාක් ලංකාවේ පාස්පොර්ට් වල නම තියෙන විදිහ.
වාසගම/Surname: Arachchilage
වෙනත් නම්/ Other Names: Vasanthi Sadamali Jayasuriya
පාස්පොර්ට් එකේ තියෙන "වාසගම/Surname" දාන්න "Last Name" එකට. පාස්පොර්ට් එකේ තියෙන "වෙනත් නම්/Other Names" බෙදලා දාන්න "First Name" එකටයි "Middle Name" එකටයි.
6. ෆැමිලි එකක් ඇප්ලයි කරනකොට පවුලේ සේරටම පාස්පෝට් තියෙන්න ඕනෙද? (වයිෆ්ටයි,බබාටයි)
නැහැ, අයදුම් කිරීමට ප්‍රධාන අයදුම් කරුගේ ගමන්බලපත්‍රයේ විස්තර විතරයි ඔනේ.
7. ඇතුළත් වීමේ ඡායාරූප(ය)- ඔබගේ මෑත ඡායාරූපයක්(පසුගිය මාස හය තුළ ගත් විය යුතුය), ඔබ ස්වාමියා/බිරිඳ සහ ඔබේ සියලු දරුවන් අයදුම් පත්‍රයට ඇතුලත් කරනවානම් ඔවුන්ගේ ඡායාරූපද අවශ්‍යයි. නිවැරදිව චායාරූපයක් ගැනීමට: travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/photos/digital-image-requirements.html

8. ජයග්‍රහණය කල පසු ඇමරිකාවට ඔබ සංචාරය කළ යුත්තේ කවදාද?
ඔබේ වීසා බලපත්‍රයේ මුද්‍රණය කර ඇති වීසා කල් ඉකුත් වීමේ දිනයට කලින් ඔබ එක්සත් ජනපදයට ඇතුළත් විය යුතුය. වීසා බලපත්‍රය සාමාන්‍යයෙන් නිකුත් කළ දින සිට මාස හයක් දක්වා වලංගු වේ.
9. විදේශයන්හි වෙසෙන ශ්‍රී ලාංකිකයෙකුට ග්‍රීන් කාඩ් ලොතරැයිය සඳහා ඉල්ලුම් කළ හැකිද?

You don't have to renew. If in case your passport number gets changed you can show your old passport and the new one saying that you renewed your passport. Please read the pinned comment, I've provided more info.

Hello, After you won the lottery, if someone has done A/Level but there is no results(fail), but when you faced for the DV interview at Srilankan US embassy, they are asking 3 Passes of A/levels and Professional Qualification too.!!? But KCC not asking both qualifications and asking one of them...This is really Poor situation in US embassy in Srilanka.!!? Cant we get Court Action in this type of situation??
