  • What is Progressive Muscle Relaxation?
    Progressive muscle relaxation involves deliberately tensing then relaxing various muscle groups allowing you to become more aware of the contrast between tension and relaxation. Progressive muscle relaxation is a skill which can help you reduce your symptoms of stress and anxiety, so you feel more relaxed and also helps improve your sleep. Relaxation techniques are a great way to help with anxiety and stress management and in this video, I will guide you through a gentle process allowing you to learn this skill.
