I live in a 170 sprinter. I have two 60lb dogs so the room is very nice. But honestly if you're by yourself or with a partner this is alllll you need. I love these Van's. Great build dude
Love your 85. You did a great job, very impressive and I like it a lot. I have a 85 weekender with a big valve 2.1. That I built from scratch. Gives me all the power I need to climb all roads in the mountains of Vermont. I’m 65 and I’ll never give it up.
So great, I watched 3 times already. The bungee cord and netting are beautifully done, and so practical. And it looks like a boutique hotel room when the bed is made up. WOW!

It probably helps to heat the van as a small space. Personally I would hide its glorious shine under a bespoke (selfmade) insulation jacket to conserve energy in cooler places. Nicely done and totally liveable in remote places.
Love the colour change. Pure sunshine. Yellow always cheers me up and makes me smile. It's also the colour of car you are least likely to have an accident in so good luck on your travels. Thanks for sharing.

I have a 1985 vanagon beige westfalia the longest trip I took was to kings canyon and back to SD. I didn’t want to return. You gave me a lot of ideas about storage, water tank, your stove etc everything you did is so amazing. Watched whole video to find not a mention on skylight. I assume it was a pop top or something, and from his IG seems like he rescued a bad shape van. That said I've seen enough nice vans videos. I specifically came to learn about what and how this roof works, and how it doesn't leak etc etc. So as far as I'm concerned it's clickbait and wasting time.
Wow, I hope he's exaggerating that people have a problem with what he's done to it. That paint job is gorgeous, and he even put an original wasserboxer engine in it. Anybody thumbing their nose at that would absolutely cry if they saw what I'm doing to my 99% rust-free syncro - which is exactly why I'm waiting to make/share videos about it :P
