Yet another round of interview and I see myself coming back to your page.
You articulate your thoughts so well and give clear action points which is of immense health.
This round with the Head of TA went so smooth I felt it was a podcast and not an interview.
Thanks a ton for sharing your experience and expertise.
Hoping to crack this one and only read your book 5 years from now.

Hello Ma'am, firstly thankyou for such informative video. I have an interview on 15th nov and came to this video for preps. I have a small question.
Being fresher aka in college placements (also my first interview) how should we answer "what we are currently doing?"; because they know what degree we are doing what year we are and cgpa they know it. So how not to repeat it but still make a base to talk about internships and hobbies much more.
Hoping to get reply from you before my interview. Thankyou so much.

Hello, thank you for the video. I am recently unemployed due to a corporate restructuring. I have 10 years in the company as an Operations Manager. As I interview, I feel they are looking at my age a red flag. I am 61 but I don't believe I look or even act like that, but I know the interviewer(s) are taking notice. As I try to promote my experience and why I am the best candidate, I am not sure they get past the age thing. Any ideas on how to sell yourself beyond the age issue? I don't plan on retiring (even though I can) for quite some time as I love working. Thank you.

After so many requests and discussions they sent conditional offer letter,in which designation offered , salary offered, breakup details nothing is mentioned, without Job offer I can't resign my Full time Job with big firm as Mis associate. It is really very disappointed/bad experience I have ever had with interview process.

Hi Sonal, what is your thought when the interviewer is asking a question that is too personal for the company that I worked before? For example: who is your biggest client ?
I am currently applying for sales position in one of the biggest OTA in Southeast Asia. At first she asked how much was our market share, commissions, selling price. I thought she wanted to measure my performance in number. I was still positive about it.
Then I was shocked why she asked who is our biggest client? Why? For what? Does she want to contact the Travel Agent and listing them your company? I found it very unethical.
