@@SuperChargeYourself While this is about salary negotiations, will the same approach work to ask for a raise.? Like what if one is already in the organisation?
I saw this video a week ago and then went for an interview. Followed your tips, demanded the salary I thought I deserve (highest ofcourse) and got the job. THANK YOU for boosting my confidence.
This is what I have used, and until now it has given me the best offer. " I don't have any such numbers in my mind right now. However, I believe with the experience and domain knowledge I have, you will offer me the best possible offer according to the market."
@@komalgupta1162 Then go for the research method. If the offer is not as per your expectations then use the below line. " Thank you so much for the offer. I do appreciate all the efforts that have been put here. However, during my research, I have realized that the market value for the years of experience and domain knowledge I have we can have another look at the offer and a better number can be proposed. I propose that we take another look at the salary you offered me and the designation in order for you to take into account my designation, experience, skills and education. I look forward to developing a long-term relationship with the organization, and I am expecting a better designation and salary that is in harmony with my credentials and sufficient to meet my personal needs. Let us get together and reconsider your offer. I am confident that we can reach a figure that is satisfactory to both of us."
i've taken a different approach to this and have always given the prospective employer a reasonable salary range if asked during an interview (after doing my own research about the local job market). I think for as long as your skills and experience match the role and your salary expectations are reasonable, you're bound to get the job. Love your channel by the way and I like your speaking skills - so engaging.
I was scheduled for multiple interviews last month and was able to crack couple of them. Your videos helped me negotiate the compensation during the interview. The tips indeed sound valuable. Unfortunately in India the HRs are only willing to hear the number or otherwise they don't move the candidature. I have experienced most wherein there 2nd question is what is my expectation. It's their KRA to hire the candidate at lowest amount possible and close the position with minimum TAT, they are least bothered if the candidate leaves after few months. Position closed, KRA achieved. Although, I am gonna try these in my next interaction. TIA

Hi sonal , Thank you so much for all the information you provide through your channel. This has helped me in getting hired by nice company with decent salary 😊
Thank You Miss! Btw, allow me to ask You what to do when your employer is eagerly asking for salary expectation, being too pushy that either you tell them or you're not considered! Once I told them and then they didn't call me back rejecting me saying that they believe that I'll flee away as I have a bulk of International exposure and trumendous amount of professional experience. I thought that they are British Firm and will offer me accordingly but they were way below to my country standards. Well, let.me repeat my Question, What to do when the prospective employer is too pushy to know the Salary Range? Thank You!
Great question Muhammad! Honestly, most companies know this question is rarely answered with figures. And a standard answer like ‘ salary would depend on the internal Equity and market standards’ works 96-98% of the time. If you stand your ground and they don’t consider you, think of it as a warning. Of their company culture. Think of it as a blessing. Would you really want to work in a company where: they put people in a corner while asking uncomfortable questions, and then reject them when they don’t like their answer? I wouldn’t ! This is my honest answer. I hope it helps. And thanks for watching and for your kind words, I so appreciate it!
Thanks it was very helpful and I learnt a lot . I should have watched before I started to give interview. They usually ask the Current CTC and then telling we will offer you 45-50% hike. How to answer these kind of questions. By the way i did same mistake and gave number for expected salary.

Superb research and presentation !
Thank you 😊 Hasan!
Thanks for such invaluable information that you have been sharing. I already made a mistake and gave a range and as you made clear they chose the lower option. Do you think I can still negotiate or will it be impolite and hamper my chances?
You can always negotiate till the papers are signed. But be careful not to do anything that hurts the goodwill you’ve built so far
Mam the way you smile while delivering the talk is awesome ..make that smile always on your it adds some thing intresting

Well, let.me repeat my Question,
What to do when the prospective employer is too pushy to know the Salary Range?
Thank You!
Great question Muhammad! Honestly, most companies know this question is rarely answered with figures. And a standard answer like ‘ salary would depend on the internal
Equity and market standards’ works 96-98% of the time.
SuperCharge Yourself Thank You Miss for your reply.
Absolutely I won't work for that company either.
Thank You again!
Take Care!
Chao!!
Thanks it was very helpful and I learnt a lot . I should have watched before I started to give interview.
They usually ask the Current CTC and then telling we will offer you 45-50% hike. How to answer these kind of questions. By the way i did same mistake and gave number for expected salary.
We live and learn everyday. Glad video is helpful!
Watch the full video again, you’ll get the answer to your question. “Too early to negotiate...”
