Money loves me, I love money. Money comes to me easily and effortlessly from all directions, from all known unknown positive sources, and from best opportunities with harm to none, this or better! Thank you! 😂😀😇 Added few more words I always use in my affirmations related to money... 👍Money is also an energy so we must love it and it loves us back infinitely... 🧿
Hi Sonal, Thank you from the bottom of my heart, based your last video (How to negotiate Salary), I had followed the steps which you have shared and finally I got 80% of hike in my current working organization, which I had been struggling for last 10 years. So please keep post this video and inspire the people.
You won't believe ,in the past 3 months I have got through 3 interviews anf nailed them with a lot of your guidelines...My brain is auto tuned to your strategies I guess...Since I watch them on repeat and then customize which fits to my role. Thanks for the lovely content.
Money loves me! I made couple of those mistakes in my 20 years repeatedly. I wasn't negotiating at all due to fear of rejection or gave up at first place when the recruiter said they can't offer what I asked for even it was fairly reasonable ask which I later realized. Thanks for helping to break that fear.
Let me try to co-relate and summarise: 1. Going through interview process is like discussions that happen between families and potential couples going into "arranged marriage" 2. Going through salary negotiations is like proposing a person that one loves, after "arranged marriage" is confirmed, with a fear and hesitation of getting rejected 😅😅
I negotiated an offer this morning and waiting for their respond! Very nervous now! I’m panicked what if they they withdrew the offer 😭😭😭 I felt better after watching your video ♥️ Thanks
Yes I did 😂 they couldn’t give me the salary I wanted but I got 10k bonus 😊 it’s been two years and I got promoted and my salary and benefits package it’s higher than what I requested back then 😊
Money loves me! 💰❤️ and we love you, Sonal! One more great video. Thank you very much for bringing this one out! It happened with me once where I was trying to negotiate the offer explaining to them why I deserve higher pay and what benefits can I bring to the table, based on my education & experience. It turned out that they were pretty rigid, didn’t value my worth, and to the contrary, termed me as a money-minded person! I initially felt that I lost a good offer, which it was, but then felt blessed that it’s good it didn’t work out. Maybe it might have brought the stress out of me instead of the best out of me! 😮💨
@@SuperChargeYourself Sonal, first of all thank you so much for your power packed content. I had a similar experience. I'm a software professional and got an offer from a good product company. I put forward my expectations both in terms of CTC and the work that I'm interested in and how my skill set would be helping the organization and for the business. Still HR was very rigid on a certain number (CTC). But I conveyed firmly that I'm a deserving candidate. Later, after a couple of days the HR came himself and told they don't want to lose me and negotiated again on CTC. This negotiation happened for more than 5 or 6 times again and again and the HR brought it to a level of bargaining. I felt so bad and conveyed them that I'm not comfortable to proceed further. And the HR from such a renowned MNC was blackmailing me that he would blacklist me and I wouldn't be able to join them at any point of time in my career. I felt really bad. Though it was my dream company and job, I had to lose that opportunity because of poor negotiation happening again and again. I also regret if I should have taken the offer even if it was very less for my experience and prevailing market standards. Could you pls advise me anything on this so that I can be prepared next time. Also, pls tell me if what I did is right with this employer(HR)?
Money loves me. I've actually never negotiated my salary. The last time I interviewed was 22 years ago and I was happy with my offer. Now I find myself interviewing and I have been selected as a finalist. I see that salary has a starting #. I want to negotiate and I was able to locate the very transparent salary info for what looks like everyone in the company including the exact title/role I'm going for. I don't want to seem arrogant but I do know where I want my # to land. Your videos have helped me immensely and I'm hoping to get that question along with an offer soon🤞🏾. Thank you for your videos. Money loves me 😁💵
Money loves me. I watched your salary negotiation. Thank you so much for tips. For the 1st time after working with so many companies , I did negotiate but I didn't go as much as I wanted because I am sort of content with what I am offered with.
Money loves me…. Thank you for the info. Awaiting an offer at the moment and nervous about negotiating. I’m retired military and high school teacher. I’ve never negotiated a salary.
Thank you so much. I’m watching as much as I can. I’m 53 and for the first time in my life I’m going to try to negotiate. It’s an odd situation but I need to do it. I live in Hawaii and hope I can get to schedule one of those small chats with you before I go in.
I could relate so much to the first part “not negotiating for fear of… 1:01 ” and also the part of “diminishing my own worth because of…” 6:03 THANK YOU SO MUCH Career COACH…I took in a lot. This is quite empowering💯
Thank you so much Sonal!! Your videos are literally what I want to hear about and I so grateful that I found your YT channel!! Thank you ❤️ And Money Loves Me!!!
Money loves me. Thank you so much for your invaluable advice. I'm currently waiting for an official offer which is not in writing yet . I was verbally quoted below the minimum of my expectations which was required for my application to be considered. I wasn't going to negotiate , after reviewing several sites i.e. Glassdoor, payScale and your videos I will definitely negotiate now. Fingers crossed 🤞.

Hi Madam, i got an offer over email which just mentions we have an approval for x amount as fixed and y amount as variable , do let us know your interest to proceed with the next steps. I responded very positively thanking them for the offer, interview process, how much I am keen to join, mentioned how my skills meet the job description and how am I recognised for the work done at my previous company and also mentioned about how commited I am and aspiration to work long time with the company. I shared my expectation on fixed as a and variable as b. It is 16% more on overal x+y. I did mention we can come to a mutual agreement on acceptable salary. How long should I wait before i follow-up with HR.

Money loves me. Thanks Sonal! You mentioned ALL of the reasons I have for thinking that I am not in the best position to negotiate! It's comforting knowing that someone understands. I just recieved a lowball offer for a fixed-term role that is £10000 lower than the lower end of the advertised range!!! I feel disrespected, like, how dare they? But I have no other good options atm. 😔 With that said, I'm usually bold when I need to be. So let's see how the real negotiations go.
*EDIT* Do you have any tips for how to bring that up (so it works in my favour and so that I don't tell them what I really think about them right now)? I've never had an advertised range lowered and by that much...
