We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

    THANK YOU ❗️o

You can also use a fine mesh strainer to separate the bit of runny part of the egg prior to poaching.

I came across your channel by CHANCE thinking I would just SAMple a video or two, but ended up learning a lot and enjoying my evening to the MAX with your high production quality edu-tainment! I love the great editing which I'm pretty sure is not done by Sam, but this is only my first night with y'all. Seriously, I'm blessed to have finally found a cooking channel that has provided a glimpse of the fun I can have in the kitchen!

Crack egg into tea strainer to separate out the watery white part. Sam used one to fish poached eggs out of boiling water - could have used same for this process.

Exactly why I came to the comments! What a slow and miserable way to separate the water :(

This looks AAAMAAAZIIING! I’m new to cooking poached eggs and can’t wait to mess this up! This is clearly next level. It’s like a diet scotch egg! A trick I learned was to use a flower sifter to drain the more viscous part of the egg.

I love to cook but poached eggs and dough are two things I just never seem to be able to conquere with anything above "Decent" results. I will be re-trying the poached eggs in the morning. Thanks for another entertaining and educational video. Watch out for those scammers!!!!!! :)

You guys rock. The editing at the end of an episode remind me of Max Headroom (the old Coca-Cola ads). I would love to see you guys make a fried cheese curd and/or cheese sticks (like 5 different cheeses) and 3 dipping sauces. Maybe use different crumb coatings on the outside to attain variances. 🤔💜

Maybe I am late to the party with this idea. But I thought of getting a magnetic stirrer, using it to keep the water spinning while I use my Sous Vide to keep the water at 180-190 degrees. Boom, auto egg poacher. Just drop the egg in for a minute or two, remove it, and repeat as many times as needed.
