    I appreciate this video for two reasons: one it shows how having incredibly talented editors really take your content to the next level. And two, it also shows the realistic side of what it’s like to create without all of the fancy add ins. I think people have lost an appreciation for the true effort that goes into creating because of all of the fancy effects that create eye appeal. Food content is not easy to produce and you guys are awesome at nailing the elements. But I still appreciated this video in its raw form because this is how it really looks before the fluff. Messy counters, broken bread, burning up…it’s endless. 😂😂 Thank you for this.

      @ChristopherSmithNYC 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      'Without all the fancy add ins.'? You saw that cutaway of 4 cameras, then the shake right? And the weird music and the #bitches off the top? I was thinking the opposite. Production value has taken a step back. Even with 5 cameras.

    Truest “real life cooking” episode ever. It’s real to see the scramble in real time to make everything come together! This was great! Thanks guys.

      I have NEVER been able to get hash browns done in 15 minutes (burned outside, raw inside). I always park boil the potatoes

    • @davidlawson4281

      Doubt that those browns are fit to eat.

      @davidlawson4281 You can’t go wrong with parboiling potatoes. You could just use those bags of shredded potatoes you can find at the grocery store, they seem to cook a hell of a lot faster.

    What I like most about your cooking Sam is that it inspires others (namely me) into cooking, and, apart from complements on how your food tastes, that is really what I think your goal is.

    I have a Great tip for you Sam, Diving for Egg Shells, you know you always break a pc. in.
    We all hate it when we’re cracking an egg and part of the shell falls in while prepping. Instead of struggling to get it out with a fork or spoon, try this little trick next time.
    Diving for Egg Shells Sam,
    First run your finger under cold water, and before you dry your hands off, try scooping the shell out! The moist makes the dive and grab for the shell a lot easier. Who would’ve thought?

    I do really appreciate the professionalism of your videos but, when you do what you did in this video I appreciate you even more. It shows us that you go through the same issues of timing and and sweating it out to create food that is is beautiful and delicious for those that we love. Also it was eye opening to see Max skillfully working all of those cameras. It helped me to realize how artful he is as a cinematographer. Thanks so much for sharing this and I would love to see this on occasion in future videos. Much love to you and the boys.

    I do this all day long working retail. I get up, cook this in a pan and toaster oven in usually about 15-20 minutes. Trick is to get my ass up and get that pan hot asap! Bacon in the 15 cook is the challenge. Your Evo is lovely, but most of us use the Blackstone, and I pre cook my bacon 3 lbs at a time and freeze it. Great vid Sam! No matter my hours, still love my breakfast!
