I was watching this while eating breakfast. I threw my breakfast in the garbage, then made one of these with hash browns. What a great start to my day. You guys are awesome!
@@corryjookit7818 Russet & Yukon Golds are great. Wash, shred, and pack potatoes into a kitchen towel and squeeze over the sink & get them as dry as you can. Throw into mixing bowl and throw in a *very very light* dusting of flour, season with salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, and a bit of garlic (fresh or powder) to taste. Or however the hell you wanna season them! Throw into a buttered pan, and you can go a few routes. Either pack them down and let it mold to the pan, wait until bottom's cwispy and flip.. Or you can just toss them bad boys around until they're done. If you want to make them into shapes before cooking, add an egg for every like 4-5 potatoes or so. Mix well, and the taters should be nice & pliable. (Make sure to dry your g'dang hashbrowns though, if you don't and just throw them into the pan - they usually come out mushy. Nobody wants mushy hashies)

Just made the croissant version with my wife and we are in heaven!!!! This is magnificent!! We did serve ours with a bit of fresh avocado on the side but that’s just the way we roll. Love it Sam and Max!!! Keep up the great work!!!
I've been making one pan egg sandwiches for a couple months now and one thing I've learned is to fold the egg in before adding the other ingredients. The egg seems to stick to itself better than anything else and if you're adding cheese the cheese will kinda glue the folds together when it's melted.
Some nice sharp cheddar would be amazing in the cinnamon roll sando. The sharp bite of the cheese offsets the sweetness of the cinnamon rolls and will balance out the sandwich

You could absolutely do cheese with the cinnamon roll sandwich… Think of your sweet cheeses. Mascarpone, Ricotta, brie, or even some cream cheese with a little confectioners sugar mixed in. But all for sandwiches looked incredible… Keep up the good work!

A little tip about non stick pans that start sticking. Use baking soda, a little water, and dish soap to make a paste. Use the blue scotch brite pad. Start with the rougher side first, then the sponge side to throughly clean the non stick surface. Water will bead up like it’s new again 🤗

And, it a word, it came out absolute perfection. Although I had too improve on the eggs just a touch by adding in some pastrami I just wanted to thank you again :)

I've been making something I call an "egg pizza" for awhile now. I "discovered it" when I got a little carried away with toppings for the omelet I was making so I decided not to fold it. I use a 10" nonstick pan and I found that it fit perfectly on my plate without folding it. I use a separate plate for my fruit (grapes, mandarins, pineapple chucks, etc.) and whatever breakfast sweet (donut, cinnamon roll, apple fritter, etc.) I might be having with it. Adding the bread on top and then folding after flipping will basically give me the one pan egg sandwich. Brilliant!

I'm not bragging or claiming an original idea, seeing as how as of typing this there have already been 635 comments, but as I was watching the cinnamon roll version being made, I thought to myself, "That could use bacon". And same, as always, did not disappoint. Also, what if you had put in mascarpone cheese (or a cannoli filling) in with the cinnamon roll version? Would that be too much?

Sandwich number one needs 2 spoonfuls of salsa just before the fold, and I personally would add sour cream also. Sandwich number four needs just a drizzle of icing at the end and roasted crushed nuts sprinkled on the icing.

For the cinnamon roll version at the end, maybe a little sweetened cream cheese? Honey walnut or something like that. Or just cream cheese with maple syrup whipped into it. So the sides will stay in.

We did an experiment in cooking school whether or not you should put salt in with your eggs while they're raw. The conclusion came out that the eggs did not puff as much with the salt in them as they did if you left the salt out of them. Just an FYI. Love your show thanks for all the good cooking

Feel you!! I gained 10 Lbs the first 3 months and lost 20 the next 3 lol. Just cut out carbs portion control and light beer.
MATH LOVER I made the same adjustments but stick to red wine and scotch. I need flavor. Light beer is pretty much liquid tofu to me.

Sandwich number one needs 2 spoonfuls of salsa just before the fold, and I personally would add sour cream also. Sandwich number four needs just a drizzle of icing at the end and roasted crushed nuts sprinkled on the icing.

I've been binging your videos for a few weeks and i love them! you do so many things right that irk me when other channels don't. keep on doing what you're doing never change, Chance's camera work is outstanding, i love your cooking equipment and kitchen set up, love that you leave in mistakes cause i'm gonna fuck it up anyway, makes it more real. "to err is human so um err". all your food looks delicious and i cant wait to try recreating all of it. i love that you actually eat the food and review it. even better when chance also tries it for that second opinion. your show is so entertaining. i hope to see you on tv one day, you've earned it.
For the cinnamon roll version at the end, maybe a little sweetened cream cheese? Honey walnut or something like that. Or just cream cheese with maple syrup whipped into it. So the sides will stay in.

Also if you had put the bacon in the bottom of the pan first it would have stuck to the eggs on the cinnamon roll sandwich, no cheese needed to stick.

The croissant with the lox could have used a little dill & some capers. The cinnamon roll one at the end is a perfected mcgriddle mcdonalds has nothing on you.
We did an experiment in cooking school whether or not you should put salt in with your eggs while they're raw. The conclusion came out that the eggs did not puff as much with the salt in them as they did if you left the salt out of them. Just an FYI. Love your show thanks for all the good cooking
