4 out of that 12 units don't have prio
this is shift 1 dumbass most of the time they got less than 10 units on duty while hydra got 20+ people selling weed

The problem in this server is too many people expect the devs to fix issues immediately and instead of engaging and rping they avoid it until the devs fix it. The devs need to slow down on hotfixes because the server is becoming too dependable on it.
I mean to be fair, what can they really do in this situation? NVL and walk into a dozen gang members all with guns and wrenches? There are only two entryways for them to attack. Or as soon as they walk in, all Hydra members have to say is they are throwing a big party and what can the PD really charge them with? Sometimes hotfixes are necessary to maintain the economy and health of the server because at this rate, Hydra will be multi-billionaires before the devs do anything about it.

Hydra’s “turf” is basically one singular building with 20+ people inside, that is a very easily defensible space. Compared to Sandy or Cypress Hydra have it pretty easy when it comes to pushing.
Yeah because cops refuse to stop them or do anything about it.
It was the turf no one else wanted, the smallest one... all the other turfs were taken. Hydra just found a way to make it work.

Admins will likely get involved, and the way people sell might change. Perhaps the 'rule of 6' will apply, as the current teaching of PD suggests that outnumbering criminals is necessary to prevent 13-Alfas. It would basically be nvl if you just go in there as 10 cops when there is 30 criminals around, because of server rules all 30 people wouldn't be able to attack the cops but IC it doesn't really make sense to think like that, and even if it did make sense you dont know who will and who wont attack the PD.
Devs already gave Hydra permission to do this. Rule of 6 doesn't apply to turf.

This is definitely a good workaround to the “no more than 6 people per confrontation” rule

I wonder if that gets looked at. Last I knew it was rule of six for crime. Getting in huge groups and selling weed together seems kinda ehh to me. Even if they aren’t all selling there is definitely more than six and there is a crime being committed. Turf wars and crime are two separate things IMO. Wonder how it’s going to play out. Either way super smart move!

Rule of 6 has never applied to turf since 3.0's app system. It wasn't a war thing, it was a turf thing.
Turf was about having a spot where crims can defend *ALL* gang activity that included cornering and heist escapes.
The people bringing up rule of 6 when it comes to turf are either new to NoPixel or must have memories of a goldfish, because how can you possibly forget how salty 3.0 cops got whenever they'd 10-CG the boys so the boys' response was drive to the cubbie and gun down cops with even numbers?
And it wasn't a "only the gang on the app" thing either.
Remember the CG umbrella? Remember CG, Hydra, and Street Team on different apps but teaming to defend Little Seoul from something as basic as Ramee shooting a cop who drove by because he felt likeit (video is called "Ramee Woke up and Chose Violence" btw)?

the problem with hydra is the way they do weed they literally have 30 people in operation and all of them selling weed and patrol to scout the cop so well organized crazy
They could do so much RP around this, they can literally start doing a HUGE sting operation. Couple of cops can go undercover and start scouting around and basically pick them off one by one. They will 100% have all the weed with them since they think they’re untouchable and when you arrest them you can raid them after and possibly give a few of them the 9s. But seems like cops don’t care about RP and just scared to do anything
Shit, they can even put on that pd vest that’s really good and push them. I’m sure most of them don’t have guns and they have so much weed that a lot of them won’t want to stay and get into a shootout because they’ll be scared to go to get raided or go to jail for a while

The weed pushers are all near one another, there's no way to pick them off one at a time secretly and not upset the crowd. They'd have to do a full block raid with loads of cops and you can guarantee that will turn into a messy rugby scrum very very quickly
Meanwhile Cypress and Lapuerta constantly getting targeted of 12 units for just 1 weed seller. Thats craazy.

I hope they let it ride a bit. These groups are all making these alliances “Hey everyone we can all sell together” then one day there will be a max of 10 people selling at a time and those friendly groups will turn on each other because someone isn’t going to want to share the time, it will be incredible content when all these groups fight for turf all at once. But the Devs have to let this go for a few more days at least for max carnage!

They’ll eventually put a cap of 10-12 people signing in at a time is my guess. I also assume another drug will release soon which a bunch of weed people will split off to do. But for now the PD are going to have to figure stuff out on their own, they have many broken features the crims have to work around.

Economy is fine yes you make a lot of dirty money but you have to clean it, and it takes a lot of money and resources to do that. I do t watch every group but from what I’ve seen none of them have much liquid clean cash because as quick as they can clean it they have to reinvest in properties, weed equipment, laundry machines, ButC farms etc. As for sellers, an hour of selling isn’t that different from an hour of grime or G6 or even towing now. That being said there should be a limit of maybe 10-12 selling at a time and rule of 6 for selling spot. So if you have 12 selling they have to be separated a bit.

Forcing crims to tie their money up in huge sprawling networks and a constant reinvest most of their money is so much healthier for the server

Honestly the issue isn't how they're treating Hydra's gang turf... It's the fact that they don't treat other gang turfs like this that's the issue.
The questions of "do we have enough units" and "is the crime the fleeing suspect committed worth the risk of officer safety?" are the question all cops should be asking when they're entering ALL known violent gang territories.
Cops may have a more flexible "NVL" standard than other players when getting involved in dangerous situations, however they should still be using the rules of basic NVL to base their initial decision making for all officers safety when approaching a possible dangerous situation.
Cops need to know when to back off and come back with backup. Sometimes the crime just isn't worth pursuing directly and it's better to back off and start a long term investigation. Let gangs have their publicly known gang "Safe zones" for some petty crimes but the more consistent heat you bring back to your block the more evidence and PC police would have to conduct a full unite raid for example so there's pro's and cons to using the safe zones as a gang.
IF the cops are led to the area for a more serious felonious crime or are conducting a raid they should be calling in as many units as they can to block off and then enter these areas and secure the scene ASAP while expecting pushback from the gang and at this point there should be no limit to how many can be involve as long as they're either already in the area or are part of the gang being raided.
