I remember that. Tarzan wore knee high boots, Jane was french instead of english, There was one lion, female so it had no mane, one elephant and one crocodile. It was obviously filmed in the California hills. My wife and I called it The Adventures of Simon's Jeep. Simon, the only black person there, was a game warden and something bad happened to his jeep in every episode. It was Bad.

Virtuosity (1995) with Russell Crowe and Denzel Washington is another 90's sci-fi movie about virtual reality. It was directed by Brett Leonard who also made The Lawnmower Man (he seems to like the subject). BTW: I can easily imagine the bad buy being played by Bruce Payne.

He then started a series, _The Worst Fighting Game,_ where he examined really really bad fighting games, to see if there were any out there worse than _Criticom._ At one point, he reviewed the game _Expect No Mercy,_ yes, as in the one that was released as a tie-in for this movie, and concluded that it was in fact worse than _Criticom._

It is surreal how most 90’s CGI looks like it does in this movie but then, what was it, ‘95’ or ‘96’ when dinosaurs “walked” the Earth once more. Certainly there are some not so great moments in CGI history in Jurassic Park but hands down the best CGI of the 90’s has to be that Tyrannosaurus Rex in Jurassic Park. I remember seeing that for the first time and like everyone else was completely blown away.

Finally got to watching this episode. I think I may have seen the VHS for this movie at local Video Store when I was a kid, yeah another one of those. Never rented it, but it looks like my kind of movie. Campy, Action-Packed, and plenty of "Shoot" to go around.

Which is doubly cool because 1) I own it on a double feature and 2) Didn't realize it's Canadian, mostly remember Jesse Ventura being one of the leads. And that It Came From Public Domain riffed on it
This ones a gem. Love the choreography of the day you felt you could mix it up with them a bit. trouble is its 2024 now the choreo is omega level and im still fighting like Billy.

(Yep, even the first one, which is available on a VERY-GOOD DVD-R from an outfit called "J4HI" / "Just For the Hell of It!"-- you can't make this stuff up.) Also, Wolf Larson (who did a TARZAN tv series) was in HARD TICKET TO HAWAII and PICASSO TRIGGER, both times as "Jimmy-John Jackson", who was Hope Marie Carlton's boyfriend in both movies. I'd love to see you review STACEY (1973) and SEVEN (1979), my favorite Sidaris films.
I don't know about mercy, but you can expect a whole lotta 90's VR scenes.
