Thanks for this informative video. In that first split squat - I noticed often my left hip instead of squaring, I stay on my right hip - should I square - or should my zipper be towards the left hip? (left hip lacks IR and I want to improve it doing this type of exercise - they helped in the past)

Play around with squaring your hips and then also pointing your zipper towards your left hip and see how it feels between the 2!
