4:23 that is so true, even with opiates you could be in withdrawals and feeling like shit and you get the call "come on over" all of a sudden most of those withdrawal feelings subside, and on the way to pick up more you are actually feeling good. The mind is a very powerful thing
Thank you for your video's. If it wasn't for them I don't think I would be on week 3 now. I am sure these video's has and will help many other people to quit smoking as well. I have to agree about your first day. I was a pack a day smoker for 23 years and then I stopped cold turkey. I have tried so many times before this but always failed. This time around it was easy in comparison to previous quits. And I think it is because I didn't over think it. I remember driving to work and I looked at my pack of smokes and there was only 10 left. So I though, maybe I should stop at the garage and get another pack then I don't have to leave work to do it later. But then I though, well I do want to quit smoking again sometime so let me just do it today. Then I said to myself, I will smoke all 10 sigs in this pack but when it's done then I am done. And that is exactly what I did. At the time i didn't believe I was going to make it but I just did it and I have never looked back. 3 weeks and counting.... Thanks again for your awesome video's and content!
I switched to a pod system about a week ago and for a whole week didn’t crave cigarettes, i use 18mg nic and I’m planning to drop down to 10mg then eventually to 0. I was a 1 pack/day smoker so if you are too and planning to quit I highly recommend this method. I wish you all the luck!😎
I now have been a no smoker for 24 h and i feel great , the morning is ok , i felt inconfortable and stressed at the evening , the mind games was not that powerful , i choosed not to train the first day and to stay at home , i feel great in generaly .
Dude, this was totally real. Exactly what I needed.
End of day 1 for me man. It was hard, but not as insane as people have you believe. I will follow you're vlogs for my own journey :)

I'm on my 23rd day. I came back here just to remind myself of how far I've come. I pretty much had a similar day 1 experience to yours...
True, when quitting this addiction its crazy when realizing whats actually going on in your body and your mind....:D

@@HealthWink thank you , have a good day brother
I'm at ten hrs. Again. Took down a few 6 hrs runs without cigs or vape. It's been a ten year battle for me.
It's my day 1 today, I never really craving for it but I had insomnia and a little headache...
That seems normal. Keep it going!
i'm afraid to quit smoking cause of boredom.
How did it go? Im dealing with that now
Again day 1
