Vellum Cloth is super fun to play with and there are many things you can do with it. Go through the basics of setting up a cloth sim then explore other techniques such as pinning points, adding forces or painting attributes to control the results.

This is an excellent series. I’d watch this kind of “here’s what it’s meant for” video for every node in Houdini. Non project-based, straightforward explainers would be huge for learning the software.

3:10 You can always spot the exact moment a Houdini tutorial goes off the rails.

pff ha ha.. same spot. us beginners know when its coming. its like a tutorial on washing your car. "First get a bucket of water, add some soap, grab a sponge, and if cyclinder #3 has a pressure coefficient, or displacement of 1259cc, check the intake expansion ..."

Hi there! Does anyone know why UP was adding a uv quickshade and then it disappeared?
When I run the cloth, only the remesh triangles fall and collide with the sphere not the grid itself, I can’t seem to figure out why - any help is appreciated! ( I’m very new sorry if this is a stupid question)

🔥🔥🔥super sweet, just small quick example of a node..
...a picture says 1,000 words, so what does a video say!?!?!😊🙃😊
....✨✨please do short videos for ALL nodes, that'll surely increase engagement
    ............... thanks for your time!!!
