In this video I will go through the whole process while explaining what and why. I am not a professional just a regular person trying to spread knowledge.

I did this once and it is so time consuming : not even an option for me. What is better : just use the dry paper after you cut it. That is it, no water, no drying, etc.

Everything sounded good until you added that scented cat baking soda. Cats don't like scented litter. At least that's what I read on the net. Despite I use clay, I use unscented. So it would be better to use regular baking soda instead. Maybe newsprint would be good too instead of that colored paper. Wonder if you could dry it with a blow dryer instead. You could put it in a plastic garbage bag and dry it with your blow dryer. That might work. But the oven sounds good too. Hope your cats use this. Thanks for posting.

It doesn’t clump, but your cat will bury their poop, coating it in dry paper and baking soda. It definitely helps with the smell. Please use the cat-rated baking soda type for best results.
Its actually not about the litter. I had the same problem and used all sorts of litter. The reason youe cats poo stinks is likely because it is eating food that is not appropriate for its digestive system ie kibbles and processed food. I started feeding my cats raw and ever since then, their poo and pee is almost oudourless.

@@Kaamz1926 sorry what is me-o? Is that a brand of kibbles? To get a cat to eat raw, u have to slowly transition it because cats are generally very finicky. So what is suggested is to start on wet food first in small amounts until u can completely take cat off the kibbles. Once the cat eats wet food, u can slowly sneak in small amounts of raw food into the wet food. Gradually increasing the raw amount untill u can stop the wet food completely. I suggest u read of on raw food for cats. There are many good articles on the internet as well as vloggers who show how to do raw food.Understand that there are many ways to feed raw. The most importsnt thing is tht it needs to be balanced. My cats are fed a variety of proteins like eggs, quail, poultry, beef, buffola and turkey meat plus bones and organs.

It already exists as paper for other reasons than cat litter, so recycling it is a good idea. It’ll break down quickly in a dump, too, being a paper bag filled with paper bits and manure.
The ink used on news paper is soy based. It’s so safe, that worms can eat it. What did you think it was? Go ahead, if you know something I do not know, please inform..yeah, I use news paper in gardening related stuff.. so if there’s something I need to know.. have at it

The cost for cat litter is beyond a joke. Your suggestions will save a lot of crap junk mail going to land fills. The house hold cat was brought home and some how it became my cat (not a cat person). Tired of the cost, so will.walk my dog around the neighbourhood and pick up all the junk mail to test it on "my cat".

Forgot to add that this could be a very good video. The effort is praiseworthy. Just make your videos more visual, faster running and less talking....
I use the dry shredded paper without the extras and it’s good for almost a weeks use.
